Hi guys, I'm here. I see your orders and order numbers. I am compiling a list today of what I know I have being completed and what still needs to be. I should have that list by this afternoon and will hop on again this evening. Thank you for being patient with me as I learn the ropes of this forum. I've always had an account to check in, but I've never been active. If you have sent me anything through my previous account (laura) and I didn't respond it's because I do not know the log in information for that account so it has been deleted by the moderators. FYI if members had sent info in messages to lauraaa at old account laura it should still be in your messages outbox folder. We did not have them deleted when we deleted her old duplicate account for this reason.

At this point if you order states it has been "disputed" we have either received notification via our credit card processing service notifying us of a dispute OR we have received something from the DA's office stating a complaint. And, per our agreement with the DA's office, anyone who has submitted a complaint with the DA will be receiving their money back and will NOT be receiving a product from us. If you would like like to receive your product it is your responsibility to follow up with the DA's office to formalize and rescind your complaint to let them know we are working together now to complete your outstanding order. We obviously still want you to receive your product I hope that my answer was helpful! |

But you know, I have been with Lawless since it was just a tiny storefront offering customized clothing. I have had people personally call myself and my colleagues every name in the book and even go as far as vandalizing my car. I have endured the good days and bad ones. And you know, I haven't broken yet. I am still here, helping push out orders, offering substitutions. I refuse to walk away from getting you all have waited so patiently for.
