Ok, i take that back. I received a tracking # the same time I got tracking for my Indigogene order. Both tracking#'s are the same. Wtf is going on? Is Manny in fact doing shit for Roman?

Did you triple check? Manny told me this morning that Roman is trying to take down Indigogene. Sometimes the cookies on your computer don't switch the tracking numbers and just load that last one you looked at |

Hi guys, Roman is currently working in LA but I believe I can address your tracking number concerns. Manny reached out to me a few weeks ago to help him launch his brand, in addition, he asked that I help him ship out orders since he received such a great response from his Thanksgiving promo launch. The shipping service I used was linked to my old LD account by error.
We are all still friends and we all want Manny to be successful. We all know manny produces a great product and if you're upset you received a tracking number the day after you ordered, your shouldn't be. Whether you like me helping him or not, that is besides the point. Manny is doing his own thing and everyone here at LD&CO past and present wants to show their support. We worked with each other for over two years and consider each other family. I will be assisting him through the end of this week and will be training someone to take over from there on out.
I believe we can all agree that Manny should be presented with the same resources to launch and build his own brand as Roman was and I was one of those resources.

My tracking info from LD&Co doesn't show the item i ordered a year ago. It just shows a $0 dollar amount with tracking. Makes me wonder if the jeans Manny is selling are LD&Co's unfulfilled orders. I can tell you first hand that Roman is still committed to getting all out of the outstanding orders. He is incredibly stubborn and by pure principal alone he is committed to you guys whether LD makes a comeback or not is no longer the case for him. You will get your product. You don't become successful by walking away from something. I've known him long enough to know that whatever he starts he will finish.
Side note, are you only waiting for a jacket? Whats your order number?

I know we have had such a LOW customer service grade, that is completely our fault and we will own up to that. I am trying to better serve you all by monitoring this forum and the website messages. PLEASE DO NOT double up with emails and instagram messages. With so many contact avenues to manage Its hard for me to address them all in a timely manner. And it's intimidating to address you all like this on the forums because I know you all speak your mind and won't hold back but I will do my best as I have since the beginning.

Old26 I looked up your order and I'm not sure how that happened. I Have two shirts you can choose from to sub out your order if you don't want to wait any longer. They are stunning! 1st one is a 9 oz Candiani Chambray with pearl button snaps, the second one is a 12 oz Niphon Menpur Dark Grey with green sevedge and black button snaps. I will happily sub if you like either of them. Let me know!

You can find a pretty thorough list on this forum in the Outstanding Orders thread, though I will admit that once it became clear that it was having no effect except tracking who had gotten chargebacks, I stopped updating it (this was on the third or fourth time the "your orders are coming, we're down to the last 900 items of 3000" claim was made, and it has happened a couple more times since -- I believe the actual claim was something like 150-300 when this list was started). Hopefully your records are good enough to where you can determine which ones have been dealt with (either by chargeback or order shipment). I've just sent email to info@ldandco.us, and await a reply. Don't worry, I can't comment on instagram since I was blocked for asking when you guys expected to clear out your backlog some six months ago. exophobe I've actually been doing the tracking on my end via the back end of our website so I feel like I have a pretty good handle on what still needs to be completed/subbed out. Also, I just received your email. I'll respond to you there, thank you!
