IMO, y'all should report their kickstarter.. Good idea. This is like the media communication I discussed previously. It will probably hold more weight if more than one person speaks out/contacts KS or media. |

Wow. Never a dull moment. I did see that Kickstarter removed Dan's (Feltraiger) comment. It really sets a bad precedent on Kickstarter, enabling the chaos and not giving other legit denim start-ups a bad first take. I think Dan may have removed the kickstarter comment, since it was removed about the time the story disappeared around these parts. Just know that there are no copyright laws that apply to the garment/fashion industry, so it's more a moral dilemma than a legal one, at least in the way it is traditionally done (though it would seem there is more to the Feltraiger story). Without that ability, Levi's would be able to destroy any company making their traditional five-pocket design, which would be most every brand discussed on this site. Either way, I guess it's good to see, with all that we've managed to dig up around these parts, their bad PR precedes them. I did not remove my kickstarter post. It was removed by them. I have emailed, tweeted at them, dm'd them on instagram, and they have been notified about what is going on and it seems are allowing it to happen. They responded with a stock email about how they recommend you should handle forgery. My email encompassed everything, including the info about lawless and that we know for a fact these are the same people. Nothing back... They dont have a phone number so its really hard to talk to an actual person and have a conversation about whats going on... |

Its a kill shot!! Just found out from my brother that Jamison and Liz were both fired Monday. Guess that re branding isn't going so well for him.. Liz being Freeriders? Ya, I got some texts from some inside sources this weekend that filled me in on the firing. Also, oddly enough, a friend sent me a screenshot this weekend of a craigslist post. Seems Jamison is selling his new bike that he's been working on, the same one that was on Freeriders instagram that the vest is hanging off the back of... not sure what that means but maybe he didn't get a severance check from Roman!  |

Has anyone recieved anything from Lawless recently. They say they're getting things out, but I haven't seen that anyone's actually recieved anything.
I was wondering if the reason they've recharged people who had chargebacks is that they actually have made those jeans, or were planning to. Nothing short of people getting jeans would reassure me though.

I suspect that comment was merely to keep AZAG at bay. Wouldn't charging people again without their authorization be... Illegal?
As for Jamison, I generally don't wish ill on anyone but he came on here, lied, backtracked with more lies and arguably knew what he was getting into.
Maybe it's karma. It's definitely a natural consequence of working with failed denim jeans business like Roman Acevedo.

I just received another letter from the AZ AG saying that chargebacks on CC are an option. Basically useless information for most. Even more useless for me since I am after compensation for services rendered and not merchandise.

It would be good if the local tabloid news got a hold of it and ran with it. You know the ones that chase people across the road asking stupid questions while the bad guy puts a newspaper over his face? That would be long over due.
