The money will run out and thats that. Once the owner of one of these idiot brands recognizes they cant keep up with demand or worse pay for orders further down the production line, they will begin using brand funds irresponsibly. That fine line of being incompetent quickly gets crossed when the ship looks to be sinking. Suddenly that guy is smart enough to run sales. This is when 50-75% SALES will run day after day for one reason, SURVIVAL for the believer in TRANSPARENCY.

Anyone see the new LD update on Insta this morning? Anyone on here receive any of their order in the last month? I know I still have a pair of Jeans my brother ordered me for XMas and I still haven't gotten them. Also, how can they only have 900 orders left when they aren't even doing jackets and shirts?! Oh right. All lies. Its laughable that they are still spouting this bullshit.

Yeah just read it. Haven't seen 2700 positive responses about orders. I'm missing a belt, shirt and legendary 23 oz supima cotton 24 k gold thread with unicorn leather and dragonscale buttons jeans.

Maybe their idea is to maybe take a whack at finishing up those 900 orders if their new venture kickstarter funds, and worry about their new venture kickstarter orders when they receive funds from whatever their next thing will be. Right?  |

They're not closed, they just disconnected their phones/email, shut down their websites + social media, and shuttered theirs doors so they could get all those orders out without any distractions. Trust them.

You forgot to mention: sold off materials and equipment, fired/released employees that we're actually doing the production/operations, and have singlehandedly set the denim industry back 10 years with ineptitude. Down to 900 out of 3,500+. But how many 100s or 1,000s were forced to get a chargeback from their banks because LD gave up any pretence of fulfilling their orders. Within this century, at least...

Assuming that their math is even remotely accurate (I'd be willing to bet against that), there hasn't been much on here or the Styleforum referencing any recent deliveries. And, how many of these now fulfilled orders are actually what people have ordered? I think a pic of orders completed (actual names/order numbers) would again go a lot further than a denim glamour shot. Echoing the sentiments that an update on shirts and other non-jean items would be a step in some direction. |

This absolute bullshit. I also got their response from my AZ AG complaint and it was the exact same (I mean word for word) response as others have gotten. The only problem is that my complaint was not about orders or items not received but about the $700 they owe me for work on their website. So it was funny and frustrating to get the letter saying they had offered refunds and blah, blah, blah with no mention at all of the actual complaint I lodged.
