My organic Jutes sewed up 1-2 inches under spec. Customer service claimed it was the nature of the fabric. I never once received an apology acknowledging the jeans were botched. It seems like they funnel the blame on excuses. I just got my organic hemp blend #124 and they sewed up under spec. Also, the jeans have the incorrect selvedge ID color (white instead of yellow). I have the vintage 18s on order....crossing my fingers! I am most likely done with Gustin. It's a shame because I want to support the small clothing company. Did you order the hemp from Gustin, and does it have a 124 tag inside?

I think he meant Vintage 18. I did. Vintage 18's. DOA Let me know what you end up doing with them- particularly the response from Gustin if you send them back.

Aaaaaaaaand, they are way under spec in the waist (+/- 2.5"). Way to f!@king fail (again), Gustin. Sorry man. That's terrible. I get mine tomorrow. I'll let you guys know how they measure up.

Just got news that my Brown twill 13s got "1%ed". Sigh. I wish it were 1%. I was looking forward to those.

34 slims measure at 31 slim specs. Super disappointed. Didn't back the 21s because I backed these and they are unwearable.

Finally jumped on the tool (beer holder) work apron from the stock sale and I love it. I reckon it could be slightly heavier denim for some folks but I'm really going to like having it for both grilling and a little leather craft, guitar repair and home brewing.
And looking forward to getting my Navy moleskin chinos back from hemming tomorrow. They're substantial trousers.

Same as yours, 34 Slim. All of my G's are either 32 or 33 Slim, but I sized up for these because I thought they would shrink based on Ciano's numbers. Total waste of time.

My hemps came with the wrong selvedge ID. I contacted.....going to wait and see what response I get. Love the fabric, but I'll manage to call these my skinny jeans :/.

received some complimentary coasters (I think???) in the mail from Gustin today with a Christmas card. I will say that it's pretty cool of Gustina and I have received a Christmas gift from them for the last three Christmases in a row now. I don't buy much from them anymore and I'm not too crazy about a lot of their offerings and the poor QC but that's very cool of a company IMO and gestures like that go a long way with me.
I'm sure others will be receiving some trinkets as well.

Mine were 34 slims as well; they arrived in Delaware yesterday but won't be here in Tbilisi until next week. Fingers crossed; I'd rather have these at this point then have to screw around with an international return.

Way better than my Oni 517s.

Stock store grabs showed up: Navy and Graphite chinos. Nothing special about those, so no pics. They're going for a wash 'n dry now. My long-awaited multi-colored wool CPO showed up. Brought it over to my parents' house since my bro ( ghoster ) was going to be there. I'm like, hey bro, try this on. He takes it, unsnaps the snaps... one of the snaps breaks. Son of a bumble! Emailed them, maybe they can send me a replacement snap? I dunno.

variable - you sure you didn't order the special tear-away (off) cpo? Just kidding. That sucks. I'm sure they'll send you a new snap that's hopefully easy to fix.
