Yeah when I do cardio it's either post workout or on it's own day with abs.

If it's working for you, I'd keep on keeping on. But that seems like a lot of work for each day. I'd split them up. Squats and deads on the same day 3x a week seems like a lot. I'd split your workout up into workout a and workout b. Still sticking to the 3 days a week. So, aba then bab the following week.
Workout A Back Squats Chest Deadlifts Triceps extension/Calf raises (superset) Abs/chin up superset Cardio (if you have the energy)
Workout B Back Squats Overhead press or military press Kroc Rows or Pendlay Rows or Inverted Rows Biceps (look into bicep blasts on t-nation) Abs/pull up superset Cardio (if you have the energy)

Quest came out with a new flavor. Mint Chocolate Chunk. It's pretty damn good. It's up there with S'mores as my favorite.

My body fat percentage is also six...teen percent. Htf man..your diet must be on some serious on point sh*. I'm so jealous, but I don't think I could ever give up Five Guys to get there. Also I'm deadset on breaking PRs more so than dropping a few pounds.

Also I'm deadset on breaking PRs more so than dropping a few pounds. That's exactly it, my diet has been nailed in and absolutely on point during my cut. I also believe that the JYMShred gave me that little extra boost. It's all about discipline and diet man...as I'm sure you know...it's just a matter of actually doing it and that's the part that most people can't get. Also, a lot of people don't eat as clean as they think they do. It's a lifestyle change in a way to get that low, but honestly I don't think I could walk around every day, year round at 6% body fat. I love having my 8 pack and a whole abdominal section that's shredded as f!@k...but I'm ready to bulk back up a bit..lol. Pound for pound though....at 6% body fat and a 31" waist right now I am stronger than I was when my bf was at almost 12% and I was 20 lbs heavier. My lifts have dropped but pound for pound I'm stronger.

from a page or two ago: Meals; Workout Day -wake up at about 4:30 and drink my PreJYM -about 45 mins later as I'm leaving for gym I mix up 12 ounces/2 Scoops of ProJYM protein powder and drink pre, during, and immediately post workout. I sip on the 12 ounces over that whole time (pre/during/post) -When I get home from the gym I drink my PostJYM and PostJYM Dextrose (one scoop of each to 20 oz of water) -45 minutes later I eat 2 Cups of Kashi Cereal (forget which one), with one sliced banana and almond milk -60 to 90 minutes later I eat 3 large eggs, some liquid egg white (I don't measure, just do about a 3-5 second pour) and a handfull of spinach and scramble it all together. I eat that with 3 slices of turkey bacon and some fruit (raspberries, blueberries, blackberries) -sometime after that meal I take 4 ShredJYM capsules -next meal is a handfull of almonds with low fat cottage cheese -4 more ShredJYM pills sometime after that -next meal is meat (chicken breast, lean steak, or turkey burgers) with low sodium black beans and vegetables (broccoli, carrots, peas, etc...) As for the portions on this I use the "fist method". I take a plate and for the meat, veggies, and beans each portion is the size of my fist to the size of my hand stretched out...if that makes sense. It all depends on how hungry I am. -sometimes I'll add a third serving of 4 ShredJYM capsules in here...sometimes not -next meal is a protein shake and maybe a can of Albacore Tuna, depending on how hungry I am -before bed is a peanut butter sandwhich, cottage cheese, and a ProJYM protein shake....peanut butter is all natural and the bread is the low calorie/ low carb circle sandwich thins .

I just picked up a couple tubs of MP Hardcore Wreckage and MP Hardcore Gainz off of Bodybuilding.com since they are having a rare $5 off sale each tub. Very comparable to the Jym line. Also, has anyone tried Fairlife milk? It's my new go to for peri workout chocolate milk. It's more expensive than Nesquick which used to be my joint. But the Fairlife chocolate milk has a couple crucial factors. They removed the lactose from the milk, while adding calcium and protein. So it has less carbs in it than regular milk/chocolate milk, and it doesn't do an odd number to my stomach.

And here I thought I was going to have new respect for the workout thread when I saw "wreckage". I thought you meant This Wreckage!

They have a warehouse in Vegas and I shit you not ....I have ordered stuff on a Friday at 5pm Az time and have received it on Saturday at around 3 pm ish...less than 24 hours to my door. If the Vegas warehouse doesn't have what I ordered in stock is usually takes an extra day which is still quick.

One more thing regarding their customer service; my buddy was looking for a weight gainer so he called up BodyBuilding.com and talked to a CS rep telling him what he was looking for. The CS rep gave him all kinds of great info, recommended Dymatize Elite Mass, and gave my buddy a 60 dollar credit so he could try out a tub of Elite Mass.

There's brand reps all over the Bodybuilding.com forums, and they hook people up all the time.

Four weeks in to my bulk. Trying to hit 4,500 calories per day and I have been successful nearly every day. some days I'm hitting 5,000 calories. I have gained five pounds in four weeks . I haven't checked my body fat in this four weeks but my waist is at 31.5" and there's no huge noticeable signs of added body fat at all....maybe a 1% gain if that. I've been doing the Arnold Mass Blueprint and I really love this workout. It is probably my favorite all around routine.

Man I've been bummed. My elbow is screwed. I need an MRI. Physical therapy is doing nothing. It's like tennis elbow and golfers elbow all at once. I'm useless.

Finished the base cycle of Smolov Jr. for bench press. Can't wait until Monday when I can start testing my 1RM. Improved my back squat from 315 lb 1RM to 395 lbs 1RM after the base cycle Smolov Jr, with 20 lb weekly increases. Hoping to gain 40 lbs on my bench, after only 10 lb weekly increases.

After two weeks of testing my 1RM on the bench press, I gained 30 pounds on the 1RM. My 1RM on the squats have stalled as well. I started Smolov Jr. again, this time doing both the squat and bench at the same time, trying to hit my summer strength goals by the end of July.

I'm dying not being able to so any upper body workouts at all. Started doing more cardio this week. Hopefully I can cut just doing legs and no upper body with diet and cardio. I have the fat to lose.
