The natural indigo x persimmon is really sweet...but I wish it was a 12 oz at least. But, good for AZ spring weather...hmmm. Ugh, I have 3 more in the pipeline from LD. I may have to pass.

If they offer one up for next Fall, I'd likely try it again... I asked this on IG - no reply - and it's important. I'm sure I know the answer, but: "Now, one question for @weargustin: Are you changing the patterns to accommodate for the lining? If not, they will be smaller than the unlined in the same size..."Of course you know they will adjust the pattern, same as they did on the Beasts. LOL Ahh, isn't their silence golden?

Kinda want the NIP's. Don't want to spend money at all right now. Fades look cool.
Any other brands use and indigo persimmon mix?

Perfectly. All measurements were within tolerances except for cuff opening (17" instead of 18.5", woo hoo!) and inseam (36.75" instead of 36", but whatever). Waist and rise were the small side of spec, and thigh was on the large side. For me, that is absolutely ideal. YMMV of course. Bottom line is they were close enough to spec in every dimension that only someone who likes the big cuff opening would have cause for complaint.

Surprised the Green Black Twill is having trouble funding. It's a sick fabric.. For whatever reason, I never developed a taste for black in my wardrobe. I have a black leather dress belt and the obligatory black leather captoe oxfords. That's it.

If the heavyweight Japan twill fabrics posted on IG come in under $100 they might just get me to back another Gustin patterned shirt.

But I might risk it if the price is right since they're willingly allowing refunds these days.

Remember "heavyweight" with Gustin is not the same as what a lot of us guys think as heavyweight.
I bet they will be 7oz range. If they were 12oz they would have a huge winner.

Those Japanese fabrics on IG look really good. I hope they don't use them with their current button down template. They should go with work shirts for these.

And people are complaining on IG that it's too thick / heavy only saw one person wish for a lighter material due to his local climate. seemed reasonable.

8 oz is not super heavy but seems too heavy for a button-down.

Hope it's a non button down collar shirt. Prob won't happen. I figured that ship is never gonna sail a while back. maybe they'll go there by the end of the year. I'd love their oxford with the workshirt collar. Yeah, you have to iron but sometimes you want a different look on your collar -- and an unbuttoned button-down collar looks especially sloppy. It'll be interesting to see how those little collar buttons work with an 8oz twill, though.

I just checked the Instagraaam and...anyone know when they are going to drop the "Indigo Breakfast Sampler?" Update! It has been noted that this is an image from one of their customers and not the Gustins. Old news! I am a schmuck.
