Do it brah! I copped another pair of Oaks yesterday from the stock store ickes; What do you think about the 13.5oz Loomies? You didn't see my write up on them brah? I'll post the link but to sum it up I effin LOVE them! I said in my review that if I had to recommend one pair of GUSTINs to anyone and everyone it would be the Loomstates. I will be backing another pair for sure.

Thanks man - never really paid attention to them. Gustin has a 40 slim, and I'm not sure about that. If they were 40 reg, I'd probably jump in. Only slims left. Probably have to pass...

I got the 40 slims. I really like them! And better yet the wife likes them! But I don't think they would work for you. The cuff opening is on the slim small side. I'll get some measurements later if you'd like (wearing them now!)

Yeah, that was my hesitation too. I would have backed a straight, but not a slim / skinny in loomies

Thanks Diggy. I think I'll pass. As much as you guys have me tempted, the unknown for $150 is not worth the risk to me. That's a few LD shirts there

The new twill looks pretty cool. Different mix of colours.

Italy Sea Blues....hmmmm...funky...I have a feeling these won't get funded. That looks like the same color as my Candiani N-Gine Lawless shirt, but that has a white weft. It would make an interesting pant.

I actually really like the color, and would have backed them if I hadn't gotten the Azures. I actually don't know where my Azures are. I might actually just back the Sea Blues.

Italy Sea Blues....hmmmm...funky...I have a feeling these won't get funded. They have before, but I still don't like them. I'm just not a fan of denim that doesn't look like denim. That's another man's realm.

These look like some pants I see at the retirement communities out here in Az. I feel like I should go golfing with my grandpa in these. I had a pair of Gap jeans that were close to this color back in the day when I weighed 60lbs more (actually, not quite accurate--i bought them when i weighed 60lbs more than i do now thinking that I would eventually lose enough weight to get into them, then they lived in the back of the closet for a couple of years until I finally got off my ass, and I was able to wear them for a few months on the way down, then they got too big for me), and I loved the color. These have me feeling nostalgic, as I loved those Gap jeans, and I may pull the trigger. The color is great, and I almost bought the first time around, but I already had a lot in the G hopper at the time plus there were big QC concerns as well during that period. I think if they were sewn up as contrast stitching, they would look "retirement community" but the tonal thread looks great with this color.

If they had Oks in 32 slim I'd grab a back up pair. They are the best go to denim I have when taken on a cost vs coolness basis. I've got other jeans that cost more money that are better, but 130 bucks for Oks is a very solid deal for a very solid pair of pants.
(space reserved here for KS 18.5 Kuroki Lawless review when they come, might just knock Oks off the throne of value)
