Forearms are tight. At least it's a light fabric and it doesn't cut off my circulation. I asked lawless for a refund or a new shirt or I would be seeking a reversal from my bank. All I got in return to that was "I look forward to seeing the papers" - lawless. Stay classy Phoenix. They just blocked me from instagram. I suggested they post pictures of customer's completed orders. Real classy

well, in the LD world customers are required to make quite a step into meekness ... look at the positive: 1. at least you received SOMETHING .... a lot of us are still Waiting for Godot 2. it's at least in the ball park (in LD standards): ordered trousers - received trousers, ordered Italian fabric received Italian fabric, ordered lightweight received even lighter weight, ordered indigo received indigo (maybe not same hue, but com'on) have you never ordered a Ferrari? if so, you would know ..... You can get them in any color you want, as long as it's red.

bigblack size wise it's not horrible. My camera is busted so I had to has the iphone front camera. That's my bending over while the phone is on the counter. The pockets are off by .6" and yes it looks wonky There are also 8 total snaps compared to my iron heart 33 having 7. The last button near the hem looks out of place and very odd. the last snap on mine is too low as well...too close to the end of the shirt and causes a bit of a strange pucker

I have only had size large but it appears they have no clue on how to make a shirt.

bigblack that is just more of lawless's shady behavior. Funny since you were a great example for LD. Your first shirts were pretty sweet.

Yeah, whoever is runny the ig account sucks and can't take criticism. I also could have said it a lot nicer but f!@k it. I'm still being optimistic about my orders (#749 & #3329) that they will be completed to my liking but they probably won't see my business again. I really was going to get something nice for my dad. Only time will tell how this is going to unfold.

It's crap like this that moves people's attitudes toward LD from "avoid" or "proceed with caution" to "dislike" or "hate." This type of behavior gets people rooting for their failure. Seriously.. is this really the most appropriate response LD came up with?

I actually like that color. I remember them having it in that weight and I was so close making a shirt from it. It would be an awesone cowboy shirt for shure. The 13 oz on the site might not be color acurate and I imagine them actually being kinda close irl? Im not saying you should be happy with what you got, I cant wear jeans under 13oz so I would send them back, im just saying it looks pretty sweet in color. I have the full tuxedo in the Candiani 11 oz with said red ID. I guess it's an Italian Canadian Tuxedo? No, no I won't post a pic of the full tux. My gf gives me enough grief on the fact that I ended up with a matching set. I didn't even catch it at first as the orders were distanced enough that I actually forgot. Anyway, love the CPO/Oregon shirt style in this fabric - looks sick with my Cone BlueXBlacks and anything really inky indigo. The jeans I'm not as in love with, but they can hang in the closet until I warm up to them. Probably the lightest (color) I'd care to go. The weight is fine at 11 oz as well, it's a quality mill. To his credit (way back when he was the coolest dude on this forum ), Roman did a hell of a job selling me on the Candiani's - pointing out the nuances of the Candiani fabric and the Italian's attention to detail with everything, especially down to the precision on the ID. For a replacement pair of denim, there are a lot worse options you could end up with.

PICTURES OF THE FULL TUX PLEASE!!! There's not enough alcohol in my house to "motivate me". In actuality, I believe that this denim could have been mislabeled from the start - the image that was posted up originally (when the website went live and even as Sal was coming on board) - that denim swatch was darker than the denim pics now. I believe (from seeing them firsthand) that it may have been a mislabeled swatch. Wouldn't surprise me - the denim swatches were on a stack and merely had a label that was stuck on via sticker. I don't know if anyone actually has the darker indigo with the wide ID and knows it's 13.5, but it may just have been poor lighting and an inaccurate guess for the denim weight.

I guess everyone knows what he ordered. I ordered 13.5 oz Candiani selvedge, which is a dark indigo denim with a classic red id. I received light indigo 11 oz. Candiani selvedge. well, in the LD world customers are required to make quite a step into meekness ... look at the positive: 1. at least you received SOMETHING .... a lot of us are still Waiting for Godot 2. it's at least in the ball park (in LD standards): ordered trousers - received trousers, ordered Italian fabric received Italian fabric, ordered lightweight received even lighter weight, ordered indigo received indigo (maybe not same hue, but com'on) have you never ordered a Ferrari? if so, you would know ..... yes, you're totally right at the time i ordered i just didn't understand their business concept of producing something based on a customer's suggestion. i thought they'd handle orders in a more conservative way.

I think that was the actual denim I was hoping to get at some point, but that ID is different than the original wide-ID Candiani that was posted on the old website.

We believe the Lawless issues have been discussed to death. We do not want to have to lock these threads. We want members to be able to have a place to communicate about Lawless. We need to do it in a reasonable manner.
Final notice on this thread. It's for reviewing products.
No more of the talks of scams, ripoffs, etc. You're putting us on the line and from here on out, those posts will just go boom - no explanations - no talk.
¿Comprende?

When I see this thread is updated I think there might actually be a review of a Lawless item. It's the triumph of hope over experience. (Cue jokes about nobody receiving anything to review.) Save all the complaining for another thread (although the Order Update thread is extremely tedious as well), or file a class action.

I have a type 3 18oz denim jacket from lawless. I have had it for 6 weeks or so. ordered in October. I will put up pictures tomorrow. it's a large. It was small when I got it, but has broken in/stretched significantly and now fits great. It took forever, but I love the jacket. Mine is a Lawless success story.
