Ok I have been trying to get a handle on where we are with production. We seem to be a week behind on orders. I am booking a trip to the shop this week to get a handle on where we are. So far from what Roman has alerted me to we are about 7 to 10 days behind. Nothing to be to alarmed about other than a bit more of a wait which we are working to fix. We just purchased a very detail oriented scan system that will help keep you guys informed as well as keep us in order. This new system needed to be tweaked because it is meant for much larger factories with a lot more output. It is priced higher than we really wanted it to be but it was needed. Roman and team have been going thru a bit of training for it which is partially the reason for the delay on production. The plan is for me to get to the shop and catch up with that as well as add some man power there. Either way things are moving well but with a bit of a delay imminent. I am here so please feel free to ask questions. Also I have been trying to get everyone to begin using the order message capabilities. Some are def starting to make that transition which is a big help. It really helps keep our info email clean so we can keep track of what is coming in there. We had a recent incident where a customers email from Sept went unanswered. Anyone that knows how quick I handle the message system knows everything on there is easy to get done and keep track of but the info email gets bombarded with 100's upon 100's of emails and its easy to get lost in there. I even told Roman to disable the ability for customers to respond back to their order confirmations to help keep it clean. I also want to thank all of you for helping us out. Many of you help manage the Lawless threads for us by answering questions by customers who need help. THANK YOU SO MUCH When can we expect your update?

I know my personal order was just sent to get sewed and finishings added. I ordered mine from the old site on Oct 2nd so that means we are at 9 weeks and 1 day. I would think it would be done by Monday the latest so 10 weeks looks like where we are at. I paid for my item full price with no discount if anyone is wondering. Thats my own personal order but I would say thats about right. We look to be right in line with the 8 to 10 recently posted. I think thats also right in line with what most of us know via Gustin.

I wonder if no news is good news? Sure is quiet around here. Judging from the traffic on the Gustin side I must conclude hatin must be more fun than lovin?

Can't figure out if you're just trolling here or you're actually curious and looking for reviews. @wils how did that jacket turn out? It looked awesome from the pictures.

exophobe Don't have it yet and I am asking LD to send my whole order in a batch or two. You do need to check out DD's IG and it has some really cool photos/videos including a photo of my jacket and chino.

^ Buckle-back looks interesting. I ordered the Kennedy (buckle-back chino) in the olive drab fabric, but I don't expect to see them until January. Hoping my Tan x Tan jean and heavy indigo chambray CPO are coming before the end of the year, though (order 116 on new site).

I guess some could mistake skepticism for trolling, but, yeah, it would be nice to see some reviews and decent pictures.

ok...as promised, some shots of the two pairs I received last week. I'm incredibly happy and impressed with the craftsmanship of both. The options back in the day made me my own worst enemy as you can see below. The bad...and it's a middling set of bad, nothing that will keep me away... So I'm a little bummed because the changes I made with Laura over email weren't reflected in the order so I ended up with one pair of Slim Tapered and one Straight both with a 38 waist. I initially ordered a 38 and asked to change over to a 36 via email as well as a request to change the straight over to the ST - but these weren't caught. I think they would have been perfect fits if sized down. I did a mid-rise on the straight and low on the tapered which came in a little higher than expected but doesn't seem like it'd take long to get used to. Knowing the above, once I get the two shirts I ordered with these, I'll call to make sure all of my future orders are sized and set up appropriately. The good... Again, the craftsmanship is remarkable. Love the triple stitched crotch and inseam. The seam and hem work is very straight by my eye. The materials are solid - the denim has a great hand feel, both types are soft and dare I say supple. The pockets are a great depth and the lining material is of heavier weight than I'm used to - should hold up a lot longer against the typical cell phone hole in the front pocket. On to the photos! Pair 113.5oz Kaihara Mills Indigo - W38/34 White thread (going for high contrast here) White hardware View AlbumPair 2Now this is what I referred to as being my own worst enemy with customization... 14.5oz Kuroki Indigo Red thread Gun metal hardware View AlbumNot going to post fit shots as they're not too flattering since they're large - I'm going to put both pairs up as a grab bag at some point this week. If you're a 38/34, let me know.

I have to say, I think the red contrast stitching looks pretty cool i actually think i like it - i'd definitely wear 'em if they fit and might re-do them again with a more blue denim.

I have to say, I think the red contrast stitching looks pretty cool i actually think i like it - i'd definitely wear 'em if they fit and might re-do them again with a more blue denim. How big are they? I just warm washed my flint and tinder greys today cause a 34 seems to be about 36.5 for reals, and they're falling off of me. Got another kickstarter pair (dead stock denim) and the thighs were way too big, so I warm washed them and they're great now. You should probably talk to the crew before you wash them, though, to keep your options open. I think a hot wash would likely make them the right size for ya, though. I love white thread on indigo denim, good choice there. I think the red is cool, though, and I like that pocket fabric. They might be a little intense but they certainly look great, and I'd totally wear them if they were in my closet.

they're big. can put 'em on and take 'em off easily when fully buttoned. i think i could work with the Kaiharas (white stitched) and cinch the waist after a wash with a belt but would rather get 'em right. yeah, the white turned out really well. and as for the red, i like it a lot but would want it on a brighter blue. i think the red actually forces more of a black look on the denim. i think them looking good vs. garish has everything to do with how well they're made.

Bugala - it's really too bad they're too big on you because the one's with the red stitching are very cool and unique. If you can sell them, do them again in the right size would be my suggestion

I am sorry they came in to big bugula . Let me emphasize how important it is to request changes strictly thru our website message system. It is very easy to keep track of any changes. Requesting via the info@lawlessdenim.com email gets piled on by hundreds of emails. Each email will have constant back and forth with some forwarding mixed in. That really makes for potential issues like this one. For instance I can get 100 request through the web message system and bang those out in literally 2 hours and message each person to tell them its done but with emails it could take us a few days to get through those 100 and by time i am done there is another 100 waiting in the back-round. Its just impossible that way. SO PLEASE MOVING FORWARD USE YOUR ACCOUNT ORDER PAGE TO SEND REQUESTS. Of course I understand some of your orders are mostly from KS and old site orders. I promise you guys with the new order system we have that under control. I can man that by myself where the email needs all of us to help. Again I am so sorry and I wish we would have had a better system in place like we do now. I actually might be interested in your pair with white thread so let me know

14.5oz Kuroki Blacks just came in. Debating breaking them in on a quick flight to NYC. I will chime in with my thoughts when I have more time but so far I am impressed.

bugula the first ones looks really good and was nice too see since I also chose striped pockets (i think mine are not exactly the same but they are nice) and also have a white thread chambray in the works. Second pair I was a little shocked at first sight, but thinking about it they might get really cool after wear-in and wash since the denim will undoubtedly turn blue! so they are interesting. Pink pocketbags was a little over the top, but noone sees it and they go nice with the crazy pair!

Just saw the Lawless video clips from Dirty_Denim IG. They are pretty cool especially the one with Roman and his dog.
