Can't remember but I think Large?? interesting. I have it both in M and L, and M is a lot more fitted while L is more relaxed and comfortable. Wouldn't be surprised if L is more fitted for you.

As I mentioned in the TS grabs thread, I really didn't care for the top block of the travel pants. I would have been okay with a slightly smaller rise on these. Sitting at my natural waist, they just have too low of a crotch to look normal as a slim sweatpant. That said, I'll probably roll the forthcoming credit into a basic Jack or the Glacier shirt.
Also pulled the trigger on the Tanuki NT1 16.5 from Blue Owl yesterday. By far and away the most expensive denim I have purchased. I will have them in hand by tomorrow afternoon. Who knew you could order denim and have it in hand that quickly? (ha)
Read a lot of good write-ups on the brand and I'm excited to see some of the finer details firsthand. I'll provide a full write-up once I get my hands on them this weekend (fit, soak, etc.). I may have to send them out for a hem next week, but I'll see how the cuff options look.
That said, I think I'm still targeting February to refocus and kick-in a no spend for a period.

if i'm not mistaken, BOW will actually soak denim for you and then hem, if that's more convenient.

Since I wasn't able to try them on yet, I'll probably stick to my basic practice of doing the soak and getting the fit dialed in to my liking, then shipping them out for a hem. Plus they're already in route.

Made in iPhonelandia. Cool fabric though. They certainly didn't advertise that (good eye bentin). At the same price point as Kiriko's made in Portland shirts that is esp. disappointing.

Bridge & Burn is on my insta ignore list along with Faherty, Penfield, RRL, Grayers and Jack Spade since all or nearly all of their stuff is Chinese made. Alex Mill used to be, but has started making more and more stuff in the US, so they're back on my radar.

From your post alone, I know two things. That's amazing and I totally want it, and I can't afford it. *edit - actually somewhat reasonably priced? **edit edit - spendy for prc.

I took a flyer on the shirt (they allow returns). More concerned with the fit than anything--though I will look for glaring construction flaws (miC). Bottom line though; I better be impressed--in person--or its going back to the Rose city.

Let's be fair, MiC is almost certainly going to be better aligned than MiUSA or Canada or even Japan.

I snagged one of these NWT for half price this morning. I was wearing this seasons dark blue yesterday. Damn, I love those shirts. (Taylor Stitch chamois) This will be on the doorstep when I get home today. (Freenote Cloth) So if your keeping track at home, that makes USA 1 PORTUGAL 1

Everyone here in PDX loves them too. I don't get it. Over priced nonsense.

Jumped over to T/S site and found they had my size in the Cone Indigo Selvedge Twill camp pant. They had been sold out, so I was happy to find it since I love the fit of these. I had the shirt last year in the same material, but returned it. I think it will work much better as pants.

Snagged a 3sixteen Army green tent cap. Missed out the first time they were released so I'm stoked there's a second run. Should be arriving Thursday. On a negative note I lost my Archival made in Portland merino beanie while bar hopping last week. It was olive as well; pretty bummed about losing it but the 3sixteen hat will at least let me retain the color albeit a different silhouette. www.3sixteen.com/collections/new/products/baseball-cap-olive-tent

A couple things I got for 2017. Not really looking at getting anything else for now as I have been enjoying my clothing that I purchased since joining here.
- Don't mourn organize: natural horsehide midsize custom wallet for me as well as a calf leather checkbook holder for my dad (ordered in November but didn't get it until late January, had to bug Scott a couple of times to get my order) - Recycled firefighter: nomex hank (thought it was interesting) and a black leather belt which I don't have - Joufuu:2 pocket leather wallet for my dad

davelewis yeah, i been wanting a horsehide wallet just to see how supple the leather is and it aged so quick in just a week in my back pocket. Compared to all my natural wallets, this one aged quick and is looking good.

I accidentally went to 7. Next time i'll try 12. My only gripe is the beard adapter accumulated quite a bit of hair. Had to take it off a couple of times to keep it from clogging up on me

Yeah, I tend to use my larger Wahl, meant for head hair to trim my beard. Bigger guards and faster RPM motor, then I finish up with the little one around my nose.
