This shirt isn't Lawless, but it is my favorite western shirt I own. It is a wrangler and I got it at an outlet mall for like $15. I love the double snaps on the pockets and this one has two separate flaps over the pocket for the sawtooth pattern. I get a lot of compliments on it from broads and a lot of negative comments on it from dudes. A lot of negative, but whatever man. Freedom aint free. I will say that one dude at a cigar den in Pittsburgh said I had PTSD...Post Traumatic Shirt Disorder. I still laugh about that.  Either way, I like the direction lawless is taking their shirts. After I get my first shirt and sizing down and they start getting some killer patterns or funky non-denim fabrics, I might get into the world of "nice" shirts. Right now, I have trouble spending more than $20 on a shirt. Maybe I should just keep it that way. Either way...I...uh...just like that shirt. I typically wear it with a black blazer to tone it down a bit. |

I am thankful for this because it will save me moneys to buy ridiculous things and feed my growing UFO Catcher habit. Not to mention this denim problem I have that will one day be on par with Bleeding Gums Murphy's Faberge egg habit. |

Well, it's a $15 shirt. As long as it doesn't spontaneously combust or turn into a sheet of fire ants, I'd say you got your money's worth. But I've been accused of being "strange" before, so YMMV.

Thanks for putting this together. About the Heavy American. I suspect its the same denim that Gustin calls the Heavy American. Gustin, Lawless, and many other companies all source Cone denim from the same place. I'm sure they do large runs of the 16.5 and sell it to all manufacturers. Yes, there is a mismatch in the title and description. I got the 50% coupon code and then sent LD an email pointing out the description issue. It's probably just a typo, but I'd like to see it fixed before I order. (I'd also like to get the first Western shirt that I ordered over three months ago, so I know my size before ordering another. It's such a good price. I'm tempted to buy it anyway.) |

Oof, don't hold your breath on misinformation being corrected or your order coming in any time soon. It took them 3 weeks to get a few typo/info issues I pointed out corrected (and I email them directly about it). As far as order timelines go, 17-18 weeks is looking like an optimistic estimate at this point

I got my KS on time but an order I placed in October is still a long way off. I love my jeans which makes me want to order. Guess I'll buy some birthday gifts for my brothers now and should be done by August for their birthdays.  ? |

Time for LD to start offering some summer fabrics and shirts. most of their current denims are relatively lightweight. some lighter chambrays for shirts would be good to order now, possibly coming in around the june timeframe. |

here's some new pics of the oiled cruiser which is listed under their 9oz British millerain cruiser (quilted). I don't know if this is the same color as previous pics but it's listed as slate grey for some odd reason. Either way, it looks bad ass. Alright this made me excited about it. This has to be the same lined "navy" one we ordered correct? I am keeping this order. |

the one we ordered should have the Pendleton wool lining w/quilted sleeves. the pics I posted have a basic quilted lining throughout the entire coat. This is reflected in the cost. The oiled cruiser above with the quilted lining is listed at $135. The lined British millerain cruiser we ordered was priced at $189.00 minus the 50% discount. Part of me is apprehensive about not getting what I ordered, but i'm keeping my fingers crossed that I do indeed get the navy oiled cruiser with Pendleton lining. I'm not getting my hopes up about delivery times. I'm now figuring it'll be at least another 2 months out, maybe 3 at best. I hope i'm wrong.

Tho he said he would announce it fully yesterday but didn't. I'll let everyone speculate what it is. Just know I will definitely put in an order if what he says is true. |
