Just scored a crosscut flannel on sale (linked here earlier?..thanks:)from REVOLVR for $118. First piece from them. We'll see on sizing; they only had XL as largest with cited 46" chest.

does it shrink with a wash? The salmon just a tad big all around. yes, they shrink. I have the blue crosscut from last year and there was shrinkage. I also have the salmon and blue SS16 variants but haven't washed those yet. they seemed like they were sewn under spec and so i'm afraid to wash them at this point. I usually do a cold machine wash/hang dry. |

Definitely a bit big (for me at pre-wash which is congruent with their sizing guide) for you maybe as you appear one size down from Ickes and I'm fairly close to him it would appear at 6' 180 athletic (...with beer gut) build;). Haven't washed but I actually expect at least .5" from what I've read shrinkage all around and probably will hot wash for length (long). Definitely scouring to pick up the shadow selvedge SL-120x on sale. |

I had an amusing thought. do you ever think those random dudes on IG who do denim meetups ever get embarrassed for wearing the same outfits? that'd be like a girl going to prom and seeing another girl wearing the same dress, except it's a dude wearing Redwings, a 3sixteen flannel/Rogue Territory shirt, a Ewing Dry Goods belt and Chups socks |

I finally got around to cold washing/hang drying my salmon check and blue check crosscut flannels and they still fit  I know there was a little shrinkage. I didn't bother measuring the shirts pre-wash so can't comment on how much exactly. Not enough to worry at this point |

i'm kind of on a spending freeze as well. to be honest, i'm a little underwhelmed now with the crosscut flannels I bought over the summer. they just don't get much wear.

I bought the shaggy flannels a few months back and loved them. I saw the orange ombre flannel on 3sixteen's instagram and it was one of only 2-3 bits that interested me, so decided to pick it up today from Standard & Strange. It's selling out in a few sizes too where I've looked, though I'm sure there'll be plenty when 3sixteen sticks all the new stuff up on their site.

their heavyweight hoodie has always looked good to me too. I've been wanting to pick one up for a few years now. A plain basic hoodie is actually one thing that I need in my closet.

Got the Black last year and want the Grey this year.
3sixteen upped the weight to 500gms and their fit is perfect for me to layer under while still having a fitted cut.

Have you considered Reigning Champ? I own 1 of their hoodies and 2 crewnecks and they're pretty warm, especially their tiger fleece. They can frequently be had on sale under $100. |
