What do you guys think of the selvedge back pocket option? Is it cool or overkill? Me, not needed. I'm not offended by it though. I prefer simplerer... I'm not used to having all these options....too much to think about! ha ha

I like having selvedge in places only I know are there like the fly or coin pockets. Iv also had it on the inside of the belt loops as well which was nice & clean but also hidden.
I should say the way Gustin has it on the outside of the belt loop is not that bad

I think it's over the top, but it's an optional feature. That's what makes it great... One day, someone will waltz in to Lawless and find that they can make the gaudy, tacky denim dream that they've had their whole life come true..... Imagine, leather knee patches, inside out back pockets, and selvedge EVERYWHERE! They will push the customization to the boundaries, lol

I also like the selvedge on the outside of the belt loop. I would need to see more pictures to know if I would like it on the back pocket.

Well, I pulled the trigger on the selvedge pocket. It will be my only pair with that feature, so it's something different.

roman would you be willing to give us a heads up when you might have canvas incoming? might help some of us get in on it before it's all snagged up.

The canvas and khaki goes fast. I'll give you a head up on when I have more coming before I offer it up to the public.

This has ready happened, unfortunately. The customer was all about them. To each his own. Lmao! To each his own I don't particularly like it on the back pockets. Baldwin does a cool peek-a-boo selvage on the coin pocket, rather than a selvage strip along the top, and does a hidden belt-loop selvage on certain models. I like Gustin's selvage details (would be awesome if they did a peek-a-boo on the coin pocket) and think they're aesthetically pleasing without being in your face. I've seen selvage coin pockets all stretched out and think it looks pretty bad.. I can imagine that happening with back pockets. On the shirt front, I've seen a pretty cool selvage strip run down the front of the shirt, on the button side, obviously with the fabric folded toward the exterior of the shirt. It's just hidden where the buttons are buttoned, but show up where the shirt is unbuttoned. I can't remember what company made this shirt, but it didn't look as loud as it sounds.

Here's an example of a selvage front that I spoke of:
