When i'm selecting the denim tag. Is there an option for just a simple leather tag that just says Lawless denim? I saw roman post a picture up in this thread but it's not an option when picking jeans?

Great to see the bugs worked out this morning. I ordered a 15oz brown weft Western, with cats eye buttons, egyptian thread, and the 9.5 chambray with white marble, and khaki thread. The waiting begins.

15 oz. brown weft. Couldn't keep my eyes off of it- and slubby denim? What a steal at that price.
One of the customizable options I selected were the plaid pocket liners. I think that'll be interesting... looking forward to it!

I plan on giving it lots of wear by using it on the motorcycle, weather permitting.

God, I can't make up my mind on the Work Shirt. This is like being locked in a candy store... Scott, just order one of each and be done with it.

The waiting begins. I made the same exact 15 oz shirt but with purple snaps. I guess i won't be one of a kind with a 15 oz western shirt

The closest I have is a pair of G's with rainbow nep. Cool texture, but I'll looking forward to some selvedge with slubby texture.

I will be blunt here. When I 1st heard of Lawless the 1st thing I saw was the trucker with leather detail. I immediately thought the same way when I walk into Walmart & pass the mens clothing section on my way to the electronics(not good). Of course I kept hearing everyone talk Lawless up but still ignored it as the name also throws you off. With that said Naked & Famous put out hologram jeans(CRIST)...Its a matter of taste so if you dont like something dont buy it. The problem with that, Lawless is quite new & coming off a stint on Kickstarter which has its haters so if your first impression is an item you could never imagine wearing there may be a total shut off. Now I got threw all those landmines & still invested in ROMAN & the possibilities of what he can provide with his willingness to work with a customers idea's. Imagine a brand that in essence is your brand because you designed it. Whats better than your very own ideas coming to fruition with the resources provided by Roman. Lets not forget $69-$125 for your dream piece I think this would look great on the Lawless.com main page or somewhere on there the way you added it on your tumblr Our Denim. Your Style Be Your Own Brand

Has Roman stated a rough turn around from ordering to shipping yet?

Has Roman stated a rough turn around from ordering to shipping yet? I was given an estimate of 4-6 weeks.. I'm guessing +1 week to that estimate, since the denim I'm using (14oz Nihon Menpu Kakishibu Denim) isn't going to get to LD until Friday. Back to the OP: 30x34 Men's Slim Straight (Qty: 2) Button Fly Copper Rivets Natural Canvas Pocket Bags Classic Front Pocket Classic Back Pocket Lawless Leather Tag Classic Brown Stitching Single Chainstitch Hem Small Men's Slim Fit Workshirt (Qty: 1) Same thread and rivet colors and options as those selected for the jeans Tigereye Snaps 2 Button Cuff ..no, I doubt I'll wear them as a uniform. -\Visdom

Has anyone received anything they've ordered yet? Is there anybody in this forum who has actually been to the store and experienced the quality of the jeans yet? I'm really curious.

Matt mentioned in a post in the General Discussion subforum that he had visited the shop. I'm also curious about his impressions of quality and efficiency. I have roots in my career as an ops guy, so I'm always curious about these things. -\Visdom

I'm going to try 18.5 oz. Kuroki Mills Indigo Selvedge Denim in a slim straight. $69 seems incredibly inexpensive for that.

Roman...I hate to keep bugging you about this as I know you are busy, but I still have not received my revised confirmation form for my four Kickstarter jeans. I'm getting a bit nervous as I was a fairly early KS backer and I see that orders are now being shipped already. My confirmation form was sent to me several weeks ago but two of my four jeans were the wrong fabric so I replied with the cirrections needed but I have not received an updated form yet.
Can I just edit the original form myself with the correct fabrics and submit it, or should I wait for a reply from your team with my updated form? Also, regarding the shirt I ordered from the Kickstarter; I know the confirmation form asks for all my actual measurements for the shirt, but can I just order a size like I would off the website now? Please let me know...thanks man.

I've seen the rolls of dead stock and Roman's given me a full tour of the shop. He's very accommodating. I've seen lots of fabricated denim, he's got orders in process and finished products available. Comparing to what I own (Gustin), I would say the quality is there, the craftsman ship is absolutely there. So of the special stitching effects on the denim and jackets (Roman can chime in to speak to the technical names) were really nice touches in the denim that I haven't seen in my G's (point of reference). Again, I haven't received my KS denim (unique orders as well), but I know Roman is looking to expedite some of the early orders from this forum, as we are chomping at the bit to try these out. I do have one of the jackets - oiled cotton, and it fits like a glove. It's a type 3 style and it's quality. No loose threads or misalignments anywhere. It's the same jacket pictured in the canvas jacket thread. When the new rolls of dead stock come in, I've been trying to make time to visit the shop to see/feel them first hand. Honestly, every pic on the website matches up almost exact to how you'd see them in person. I do realize that I come off really fanboyish in my comments, but I am very observant and very critical about my purchases. I've been open and asked a lot of the questions that many from the Gustin forum expressed and from those who've expressed questions on here (prior to Roman joining). I don't mind being the local advocate for the forum.

Did anybody get the double chain stitched cuff on any of their jeans? I've never seen that detail before...what do you guys think of that?

Did anybody get the double chain stitched cuff on any of their jeans? I've never seen that detail before...what do you guys think of that? Yes, I did it on two pairs - I opted for a pair with tonal stitching (navy) so it would be a subtle look. On my 18.5's I went contrast with the double chain. I think it's unique. If it's symmetrical, it could be a nice element that differentiates Lawless denim - something you can see from a single cuff.

I wonder what that would do to any roping effect (not a biggie) But also if you are going to do the 2 it might be better to have them closer together as in maybe a 1/8 of an inch apart

What do you guys think of the selvedge back pocket option? Is it cool or overkill? Me, not needed. I'm not offended by it though. I prefer simplerer...
