A Knockoff of the TaylorStitch Mechanics shirt. Simple and I'd think cheaper to make.

I'm surprised they are soliciting feedback. I always assumed it was easier for them just to look at the "looks we love" section on JCrew.com.

I would think this would be easy-regular collar shirts (non button down)

What are everyone's thoughts on a band-collar shirt? Honestly, don't quite get them and wouldn't back them if G went that route. I can't quite get into the "hey I want a button down without the annoyance of a collar". Just my perspective.

with ya on the band collar. been seeing more and more of them lately but not a look i'm used to and think i'd pull off. i'm just now getting sucked into the popover so maybe in a few years i'll catch up to the bands.

No interest either - I could never understand that type of collar. I think many people prefer no button down on casual shirts and G would increase sales of shirts if they started making them.

Not a fan of banded collars. The one and only exception is the waxed canvas riders jacket by Ginew USA I posted in the outwear thread. Banded collars on certain jackets look good but on shirts, no way in hell

Kinda redundant but I'd like to see flannel shirts like the ones Filson makes, minus the Filson prices

A Knockoff of the TaylorStitch Mechanics shirt. Simple and I'd think cheaper to make. I want their workshirt, in many of the same fabrics they've already offered the workshirt in, maybe shortened about a 1-1.5" (I don't mind, but it'd be great to never hear about it being too long again), with snaps. The brown x black would be a showstopper with some copper snaps instead of navy buttons. The biggest thing I want from them is a non-button-down collar and putting varying buttons on the shirts that compliment the fabric.

Come out with a fat fit, like their slim fit, and I'll buy every shirt they have. I want those two flannels so badly dammit.
So, after thinking about it a bit, what I really mean is come out with a short fit, opposite to their tall fit. Classic large in the classic medium length in arms and body. Also, shorten the scoops.

I think they look pretty good if you're avoiding the collar over collar over collar look that you can sometimes get when trying to layer. I can imagine that this would also be nice when on a motorcycle with a jacket, too, but I don't ride motorcycles. In any case, I'm typically wearing a button down shirt because of the collar, not in spite of it, so don't find much use. I think DigDug would, though, since he likes to stack lots of shirts. This seems like a decent enough look, though, even if it appears there are animals embroidered on the pants:

Nice hospital gowns. Do they open at the back?
Gustin needs to announce new sew shops or actual QC of their existing shirts before pumping out more turds. And kill the damned scoops already.

It doesn't sound like you're familiar with the Gustin diet program. The one where they send you the same size in increasingly smaller dimensions until you've reached your ideal weight, and then start buying the good heroin.
