army green ducks finally shipped. maybe they'll be closer to spec than the browns.

Albert from Gustin emailed me back about the J17's. He said the factory has been giving then inaccurate estimates. They will supposedly ship within the next week. He extended a $10 credit to me.
Good service. Hopefully 7 days is accurate.

My Camel Hbone Chinos:
Production status: 2/18: Chinos close to completion. We will begin shipping orders out 2/27 and continue shipping into the first week of March.
With everyone saying they received theirs in 4+ months, this one was rather quick. If it ships out in the beginning of March, it'll be less than three months.

2/18: Final orders arriving for shipment. Should have all remaining orders shipped by next Wednesday.

Chinos are like a damn unicorn around here. Does anyone actually have any? I need a good pair of true khaki and was thinking of backing the Japan True Khaki right now.

I'm interested in hearing your thoughts on them as I know you'll be unbiased and you and I have similar tastes. I am interested in picking these up myself in the future. Thanks man! |

I'm really curious if ANYBODY has received theirs, because G keeps implying that they already started shipping these dating back to February 2nd. Really wish they'd give us reliable updates.

my green ducks are finally on the way as well. ickes i was initially won over on the brown duck chinos based on the review @stevekas posted on g.comm. i'd absolutely recommend you go straight cut (as i'm sure you would). i think the straights are actually a bit more tapered than the equivalent jean size. the slims are supposed to be more roomy...but my browns are significantly under spec in the thigh/knee/cuff. even though they're more snug than expected, i really like them. looking forward to the arrival of the greens. @stevekas...i think g.comm may be gone for everyone now |

I sized up to 34 slim, rather than 33 slim, and I think it won't be terrible since I've gained some weight. |

Booooo, got the dreaded 1% email last night. It was the last Gustin order I was waiting for! Now they've sucked me back in! Oh well, store credit plus $10. Now we wait for something great... maybe Zim18's if they come back.
