Hi rd2, and welcome. The simple answer is that it's 99.999999% certain you won't receive your denim and you won't get a refund from Lawless. It's best to contact your bank or card company to see if they will give you a refund. Use this thread as evidence of Lawless's failure to provide the goods and their possible fraudulent activities. |

I agree. I really wanted them to pull through and be honest. I waited until the last to get a refund. The deciding factor, for me, was when they no longer had a functional email or phone number. There was not even a response when I emailed them with an offer to pay full price for the sale items or bundle my sale into one item, a type II coat that I had on order. When I got no response for an offer to give them more money I knew it was over. They had moved on and so should I. |

Hello, Here is my order : Order #987 (11/09/2014): 18.5 oz. Kuroki Mills Indigo Selvedge Men's Jeans with Kevlar Lining I'm french and I am still waiting my denim since almost one year. I arrived on this forum in order to understand what's happening with Lawless-denim company. However, with my french english reading, It is really hard for me to find some good information in all messages from this forum... Do you have a thread which explain, day after day, what's happening with them? Thanks for your help! oh man, where to begin. Basically to make a very long, dramatic, and entertaining story short...Lawless no longer exists and you will not be receiving your jeans. Sorry. You are not alone in this as there are plenty others in the same boat as you. Many have been successful in contacting their credit card companies to get the charges reversed so maybe give that a shot. Welcome to the forum by the way, glad to have you. |

I did contact my bank but all they said was that the timeframe for a chargeback is within 60 days, which is long over. Did you manage to get a chargeback successfully? |

If you scroll through this and the order update thread with a letter from the Arizona Attorney General stating that the banks should validate the chargeback up to one year given the circumstances.

I got a shipping confirmation from lawless, and a separate shipment tracking email. The tracking email came just 30 mins ago so I'm not worried that the tracking number doesn't work yet. Order 3632 here's to hoping I get em.

We'll see, I wouldn't expect anybody to go to the effort of generating a fake USPS tracking number, plus I never could figure out which payment method I used so I either get the jeans or learn a lesson. |
