I have been to their store in Phoenix. It was located in a hard to find downtown location. They had spools of denim throughout the store, samples in the back and four or five people assembling the jeans.
I did buy one pair that was a sample of 12 ounces kaihara denim. I think they are a decent pair of jeans, but there are better jeans in the market. My concern with lawless denim is their sizes..... Nothing in the store other than my jeans fit. Either too big or too small. The size large shirts felt like a medium; the XL like a xxxl.
I too did orderonline and was fortunate to get a charge back.
Out of frustration I did review Roman and his business background. His defunct businesses include yoga, computer repair, various food related, but denim jeans? II don't get it.
I did see some recurring jeans for $70.00 per pair on eBay. I have a feeling I kno know the source and so do you!

are they having a 50% off sale today? 50% off if you mean 1/2 of a transaction (pay for an item, get nothing in exchange) - then yes!

I just got off the phone with Visa and they are doing a charge back on the last item. Order #2443 which was a shirt. They were quite helpful and the case worker said she has been trying to get them on the line but she was not able to get any response either.
All I ever received from them was a shirt, I really do love the shirt, and it was just too bad that none of the other orders came through. I would have paid full price for them but they offered and I, in my mistaken ignorance, believed that would never offer something that they couldn't make money on or fulfill. It's a real shame.

New Here Was thinking about my order yesterday and tried to look Lawless up on line and via FB, but could not find anything. I stumbled across this forum and joined to see what I could find out. Are we to believe that some people are still receiving product from them? There was a note sent some months ago-- no on Facebook-- on how they were moving production to California. Did this not happen? I sort of forgot that placed a order back in November of 2014. I want to dream that I will see something from them. It seems that semi resent orders are being filled. (yes or no) I was in the 1200s Does anyone know anything? Anyone been to PHX to see if something is going on at their location?

There seems to be a very few rummered items being sent out. No shirts will be sent out only jeans. All locations are closed, no phone calls, emails are being returned. At this point the most everyone is asking the CC for a charge back.

Received my charge back confirmation from amex. I was shocked, shocked to hear that lawless never responded to them. LD's offer of a refund over Instagram and their blog seemed to be what changed amex's mind. My first attempt was denied. The money has been reinvested (two times over) in a pair of ironheart 634-19Ls. Ironheart's customer service was infinitely better (again shocking).

Hi, did you call Visa or your credit card? I was denied by my cc for orders made in March. What should I do?

I have an Alaskan Airways Visa and they were quite helpful. I did let them know that the last information I had from Lawless was on July 14th in which they said on FB to have patience once again. I was willing to do that up until they took away all means of communication. I knew that it was over at that point. I also directed them to this site, and thread, in case they were uncertain. If anyone is denied by their cc company I would call again. There are many instances of them extending their completion dates which also extends the coverage from your cc company.

Maybe if someone has the screen shots of the offered refund, and the numerous stalling announcements, they should post them on here as pictures. That way, anyone needing proof or details for their credit card company can save the pics, and then forward them? It just seems easier that way. It's a crappy situation and this might help everyone chasing a refund to get said refund and then move on?

So the visa policy is 120 days after completion or 120 days after making the purchase? I was told the latter.

I believe someone posted it here earlier, but if I remember correctly on made to order type stuff it's supposed to be 120 days from the promised delivery date. Providing the evidence of continued delay and extended promises should get you somewhere if you're talking to the right person, and you may need to escalate repeatedly until you find that person.

For me they used the last day of the last projected date set by Lawless when they announced "a little more patience" on July 14th on Facebook. I also had a couple of emails that were past date and referred them to this thread. I also let them know I filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General. They did do a charge back all the way to November of 2014. They handle each case individually.

I don't know exactly what the bank did. It showed up as "purchase correction credit". I guess it would be classified as a chargeback? It's money in my account though, that's all I care about.

Oh yes, I was supposed to get one of those credits 'for my patience...' never did show up on my account though, much the same as the two pairs of jeans paid for that didn't show up either. Call me cynical on LD&co/Lawless/RA Denim but 'Lets draw attention from Freeriders Co while the kickstarter runs and/or drag things past the start of November when people will be unable to do extended chargebacks because it will be over a year' seems much more their style.

Hello,
Here is my order : Order #987 (11/09/2014): 18.5 oz. Kuroki Mills Indigo Selvedge Men's Jeans with Kevlar Lining
I'm french and I am still waiting my denim since almost one year. I arrived on this forum in order to understand what's happening with Lawless-denim company. However, with my french english reading, It is really hard for me to find some good information in all messages from this forum... Do you have a thread which explain, day after day, what's happening with them?
Thanks for your help!
