have 'em in hand but will be a while before i get around to soaking 'em. might do an in-tub soak. need to learn how to work my new washer. the old was a top loader which made soaking much easier. guessing there's a way to do it in a front loader.
they don't feel as heavy as i was expecting out of the bag but i'm sure that'll change after a soak. the fit seems spot on with my other slim tapered PBJs. more to come after i get settled in.

Mine don't fit...
Trying to decide if I need to resize, or finally drop this extra body fat that I don't need lol

Out of the bag..... I know they're unsanforized, but I have no plans of washing this pair. I have enough in rotation that they should/could be great for a long time without washes

I was holding my purchase hoping to pull the trigger during Black Friday but now my size is gone, dam! The unwashed version is flying fast. Did you get a pair? Thanks for the heads up anyway!

I can button them now..... They aren't comfy, but I can move fairly decent..... Maybe a few more weeks of in-home wear, and dropping about 5-8lbs will make them publicly wearable

Is BiG the only store stateside that carries PBJ? Denimio and Okayama Denim are sold out of most styles of jeans and jackets. Have you guys tried ordering direct from PBJ?

After a soak does the waist go back out to the original size on the XX-013s?

Honest question - I just always thought of it as a frequently rainy place so if you get caught in a storm do you just find someplace to go until it blows over? Hmmmm....possibly a good scheme for dropping into bars in the afternoon I used to work on Kauai a lot and I guess I just imagined Guam to be similar (equatorial weather and all that).

Well, my experience with Guam is that it rains EVERY DAY at about 2-3pm for only 30mins, lol. But, I'm in Okinawa. Alot less rainy, but hot and humid subtropical summers. I only have been caught in a rainstorm once here, and it was my first night wearing my Gustin Heavyweights... Taking them off wet was a surgical procedure, lol. But, I guess getting caught in the rain with raw, unsanforized 24oz denim would be WORSE

Dude, you could be looking at a serious situation there, it wouldn't getting your jeans off. It would be an "extraction"!

exophobe not sure of your sizing in other brands but I'm an XL in G and wear a 4 in PBJ so their stuff is actually more western friendly than most other Japanese brands.

Wait, did you just ask why the Japanese make small garments? No. Tiny. Also needs to be asked: why the Batman yoke?

No. Tiny. Also needs to be asked: why the Batman yoke? I like the batman yoke, it goes great with the cowl I normally wear.
