Pretty sure I have L. They shrink quite a bit from new, I was initially worried when I tried one on pre wash. I swear Tebow (3Sixteen) had non pocket t's last I looked, but now I can't find them. Still trying to track down a non pocket Velva Sheen and a Lady White. Just the weight and the made in LA thing had me thinking the Buck Masons might be the old MeUndies T, but they're a normal cut. Would like to figure out who made those. Wearing one now and still love it. bentin - supply and advise and independence-chicago have some variety in their velva sheen offerings.

Dick curtains?! Well dammit. Still looking for that magical t shirt. Left Field remains my favorite for crew neck, but their v neck is a little too NJ. Left Field is the next brand I'm going to try. What size did you go with? It's close on the dick curtain cut...borderline...not quite drastic like the Gustin shirts but enough to notice agree with all these quotes - dick curtains is more like this "swoop" its not the dramatic gustin way though. I got a Left Field v-neck, wish i paid more attention, it is a deep v, well too deep for what i like. To bring it full circle - i like buck mason's v's...semi-curtains and all.

They used to make more conventional triple needle shirts. Now they seem to be sold on the assymetric pockets and running the chain stitch off the wrong side on the right side. I loved that triple needle railroad shirt they did. Still sad it didn't quite fit me. chooo choooo!!!! And for bentin's side - their triple needed shirts were great when they were a bit more traditional. I have one of these in grey im still considering giving and indigo bath www.taylorstitch.com/blogs/archive/7331846-edition-092-the-corduroy-utility-shirt

But, to Ickes' point, these were few and far between. TS started with that oxford - is that considered workwear? I also chalked them up to LL Bean meets SF.

They used to have a site called Sailor Twitch, I'm thinking it MAY have been an artifact from their initial launch. It remained active for sometime and was like a discount shadow site for awhile. As to the inside joke about it, I'm not sure what exactly that was, but I'm positive there was one. It's also an IG handle. A photographer of some sort for TS. Perhaps his style inspires this line? Maybe they did the same thing for the god awful women's line, but opted to avoid the hate mail by not calling it the "Hayley Chill Collection" (for example and she's probably too cool for this style). I actually believe its one of the founders. They always have had a boating/sailing aspect to their stuff, and pretty sure thats where the name comes from.

I had a 33od and the shirt was really nice, just too big for me so sold it. The OD fade is pretty dang cool, if you can make it work. Still trying to track down one of the 99s shirts, almost picked up a few years ago from self edge, but their fit guide threw me off. www.ironheart.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=5957.420 show some serious fades.

Those 633-ODs are really cool, i thought kiya said he was gonna do 14oz too. I'd have to go pretty big to get those 18oz's around my thighs though.

ickes - pretty sure i saw you on IH say you returned the 633N's, how would these compare? I know those better than the 21s. Yeah that was me. They are actually pretty damn close in terms of weight (obviously), color, and feel. Keep in mind I only had the 633N's in hand for maybe an hour or so before I put them in the bag. I would say they are the closest IH fabric to the 18oz vintage though but the 18oz is fuzzier/hairier and more rigid. Again, this is just from what I can remember. Gotcha - trying to decide if this will be a "lighter" 18oz.

Heritage is based out of chicago, true hipster spot (coffee and bikes about all they do) good folks there too. People I know with a heritage bike love em, and they stand by them too. And with that said, they are exactly what they are, commuter bikes, and I know nothing on that particular model. Pretty sure they had a cameo on huckberry too.

Well the standard fit didn't come close to getting over my top block, but the waist worked great...maybe I measure wrong, but just didn't fit as i hoped from spect. Replaced with Classic, and much happier...still pretty snug on top block, but fabric is cool, and a good lighter weight.

Just be glad they didn't just substitute a Portuguese shirt when you bought a USA one like they did with one of my Glaciers. I have noticed that quality seems to have dropped in the last few months. With prices increasing, it's hard to think I'll be ordering much more TS stuff. What are you basing that on? I agree with bentin here - feels like my workshop things aren't as consistent in quality vs my original purchases, could just be me thinking this, but I don't recall having some of the flaws I've had, and things were more consistent, early on with these guys...maybe a scaling problem?
