What's the consensus...3 sizes up on these for best results, or 2?

they knew there would be lots of pics here of you strapping fellas in your jeans, so they sewed 'em up extra tight on purpose

Nothing sounds more enticing than taking a 45 minute cold bath in January

Remember also that your cc company will probably just laugh at you if you use the same card to order from them again and try and open another dispute when you most likely inevitably get ripped off again

I'm out on a Henley due to the colors. The black is the only good color of the three, but I don't need one in black. The puke-grey and the medium blue one they're calling "navy" suck imo. Those 2 colors would be the colors they'd have full stock of in all sizes after the good sizes in the good colors were all gone if you saw these for sale in a store at the end of the day on black friday, lol

Thinking about passing my LD shirt on. Anyone interested in one of their Oregon style shirts in a size L? It's in the Japanese khaki colored denim, roughly 11 oz. copper logo buttons, tonal stitching. Nice shirt but the sleeves are too long for me. Worn once and has one cold soak on it. Looking For $45 + $6 for shipping. PM me if interested.
**edit - just posted in the for sale forum with measurements and pics: selvedgestyle.com/thread/1484/oregon-shirt-japanese-khaki-selvedge

Do any of you guys sit in the tub with your jeans on for a first time cold soak with sanforized jeans? I'm amazed at the awesome fit of the STF pairs I've done this with and wonder if I'd get the same results doing it with my sanforized pairs as well

If anyone's feeling buyers remorse I'll buy them from you now, for the price they cost, not an extra $25 like Butte, so contact him first

A whole extra inch sounds crazy unless you're between sizes anyway, or these are expected to shrink more than their usual pair of sanforized jeans

Oh poor Roman, it is so hard to do honest business in crooked America. If only they gave him a chance! What a worthless dummy. All those trolls who paid for shipping on those stacks of items he can't afford to ship. The story is there, the news station just didn't tell it. He spent thousands and thousands of dollars opening stores and factories when he was failing on the manufacturing side due to whatever of however many reasons. It's not the fault of an internet troll that you built a factory you couldn't staff. If you've got a completed order boxed for someone and can't afford to ship it, reach out and let them know so that you can work something out. People are aware of the phenomenal deal they got, but if you don't tell them what's going on they can't do anything about it. I think we're missing the point of the stacks of boxed ready to ship orders...he needs them there just the way they are for exactly this occasion (when the news cameras show up), or the authorities drop by, lol. They're a prop, he has no intention of shipping them.

why no washing machine? I wash mine on the gentlest cycle and have had no issues. What is machine washing doing that I'm not aware of?

Anyone have "#1 The Heavy"? Wondering how beige the weft is. Doesn't look beige or even off white at all in the pics

Yeah, I mean let's say that even if he were open to communicating with people in regards to taking $ or prepaid labels to ship things, and that's a big IF, do you really trust that he can handle everything in-between the taking of the $ to the item actually shipping out? What has history taught us so far? Get a grip people!

that's a typical/traditional button layout for a sawtooth pocket. I have this exact shirt lol! I bought it around 2005 and still wear it. It's still one of my favorites

3sixteen is about $190 I think, so they will hopefully be $120 or less if they're smart. Anything more than that is too much for a Gustin shirt IMO. I'd pay the $70 diff for straight properly aligned patterns. But then, I wouldn't pay $190 for a shirt, or $120 for a crappily aligned shirt, so I would sit both out
