I was also very curious about Cone mills denim having never owned any denim made from that mill. I wear these for work and the 16.oz denim is just about right. I snagged my jeans on a big piece of metal at work the other day and it only left a minor scrape on the denim. If I was wearing my 501's it would have ripped right through them I think. I have reserved these jeans strictly for work as I now have two new pairs of Naked&Famous jeans to work on!

I have the American sixteener from Gustin which is the Orange/gold ID, and just recently got the redline 16oz from lawless. I haven't gotten any wear on the lawless, but the gustins have become one of my favorite pairs, and I'm giving them a pretty decent beating lately. I'm looking forward to seeing if there's any difference in the way the two of them wear.
