no it is not lined , so its similiar to a gustin trucker in that way as for the oil-cloth , it is impregnated in the material in such a way that it really doesnt bleed on anything. You could squish it with you hand and nothing would seep out , has more of that levis/filson trucker collab type look as opposed to a gustin trucker waxed look. really solid piece and if you happen to be looking for a sleek navyish trucker this one is hard to beat in terms of value , its completely unworn. i buy too much  anyways man thanks for you interest and happy holidays |

if yo look at my first post in this thread you can see that i posted pretty extensive measurements. best thing to do is grab a coat that you own and measure it against what i have listed here
as for armhole measurement i can try my best to get that but i dont really know what you mean ,
give me your height weight build and i can give you an idea how it would fit
