NEVER SOAKED. NEVER WASHED. No smells or stains. Hemmed by denim gods: Denim Doctors in Los Angeles. Custom RED CHAIN STITCHING on the inside! Killer look, not found elsewhere. Approx inseam (from crotch to end of leg): 31-31.5"
For reference, I'm 5'11", 170lbs. I had Denim Doctors hem them so I could cuff once with a slight stack, or have them uncuffed and stacked slightly more. It's perfect for me, YMMV.
PS, I had them hemmed after 4 month break in.
I've had these since the end of November 2014, in a rotation with other pairs of jeans, and work a normal office job so mostly sparse weekend wear. I stopping running so much & now lift more, these have become too snug. I also have Gustin Okayama Standard 31 Slim & some 30x30 Levi 511s listed for sale.
Gustin's description:
"We just got our hands on a sewn sample of the of the Italy IndigoXIndigo and knew it had to make another appearance. The images stand for themselves: this is just a beautiful pair of jeans. Hefty, inky, starchy. Indigo-indigo selvedge at its best and at a great value.
Gustin jeans made from sanforized raw selvedge denim from one of the finest mills in Italy. This style uses an extremely dark blue warp woven with a blue weft. The result is a highly saturated blue fabric when raw. It’s only as the fabric wears in that you begin to see white showing through. It’s a dense 14.0oz selvedge and when raw, has a much more crispy feel than many Italian selvedges we've used before -- all good wear-in features. To keep the dark look going, we’re sewing these up with tonal thread. We love the extra saturated look when raw which gives this style a nice formal touch."
Paypal only, no trades, $10 shipping Continental US only. $120 to your door from Gustin with a brutal wait, and another $30 to get them hemmed by a pro like this, if you're even in an area where they offer this service at such high quality. See detailed pics, taken 5/14/2015.
