Khaki Stripe WS I ordered from the Stock Store is in. This thing is SHARP. Needs a little wash/dry and its good to go. Winner. Were there QC issues with it? Are the stripes even? I always wondered if the stock store was just returned defective items

I've actually been really happy with all but one pair of jeans from stock: They move around the sizing charts a bit, but not so much that I gear--I don't need every pair of jeans to fit the same so long as they fit and look good. Let me wear it once and then I'll nitpick I'm sure.

Great looking spring/summer shirt. I'd be all over this if I didn't have 2 billion chambrays.

That just does NOT look like a $130 shirt, and neither does the olive/khaki version, sorry

That just does NOT look like a $130 shirt, and neither does the olive/khaki version, sorry I have to agree. $130 for a 5oz chambray is kind of a stretch, with there being a lot of other options, with heavier chambray. These can be had on Rakuten for around $80 bucks, as I think that is what I paid for my last BR chambray.

anyone have the japan khaki workshirt?
I'm trying to get my sizing down.
I've noticed on twills, and flannels, an xl-slim fits very well after shrinking in the dryer.
L-classic fit for poplins fit well, but I dont know for sanfordized workshirts.
The khaki stripe was too loose for a classic fit so I'm debating whether to try the slim fit-L.

My XL classic is larger then my others, but it could also be that since its not denim/hbone/wabisabi it didnt shrink as much, I think thats the main thing really.

I haven't backed anything in a long time and definitely don't need anything but the work shirts fit me well and at $93 the new Canvas one seems like a win.
Also it looks like it ships sooner than other items, maybe because the fabric is already in the US?

Indigo Jacquard workshirt is back in service after replacing one and reattaching all the other buttons. After putting them on all proper like, it really is pretty annoying how these shirts come from the factory. Putting the buttons on made all my fingers blue, so apparently after a couple washes this thing turns into a bleeder. I'm looking forward to putting a lot more wear on it now that I don't look like a slob wearing it without a button. I had previously recommended finishing the thread with a lighter to help it hold on to the shirt, but at this point any further workshirts I get from Gustin will be subject to reattaching buttons. It didn't take long, and now these buttons are strong like bull. Plus, it's calming, like knitting. Edit: by the way, anyone know how one might go about retrofitting a shirt for a collar-stay?

Looks like there was a person on style forum that asked his tailor and was never heard from again. Someone else commented on his thread, and said that his tailor said he doesn't add collar-stay pockets, but that he does add a little button underneath to hold it in place. How ironic would it be after all my whinging if I converted my workshirt to a button-down collar. I guess I should say, I totally wouldn't mind if they did a hidden button-down collar.

Some workshirts available in the stock store. Was very tempted by the American Herringbone but too similar to the Postal Herringbone.

Got to say, I've been wearing the Wabisabi this week and it is absolutely one of the best shirts I own. I still love it after all this time.

I bought mine a little too large for normal wear, once it stops with the freak snowstorms around here it'll be my go-to spring jacket. As noted, it shrinks like a mother in a warm wash and hit dry. Mine started out too large in the chest and too long and is now just about perfect.
