General question for y'all: how many of you wear your workshirts for everyday/casual situations? Or, do you wear them exclusively for doing work? Mostly western shirts but I wear for all of the above. I could add in some steer roping but no. I do ride horse about once a year. I will have to make sure I have one of my western shirts and not a work shirt, would confuse things. I think most of us on the forum spend too much on the mentioned shirts to actually wear them where they would get really abused though. What can we say, we like them for the style.

nater wore my ihsh-62 indigo out to Toby Keith's bar last night. I wear them for social situations. Honestly were not working in the mines, farms, ranches and industrial jobs.

So now that the sun is back here are some better pics of the 101 dry. The earlier pic made it look more brown than it really is because it was still a bit damp. The true color (as intended) is a reddish cedar/rosewood color: Second pic shows it in between Zimb Light and PHB work shirts for reference.

I spent an hour on IG this morning and love all the pictures of work shirts from RogueTerritory and Rewrdenim. I have decided to bite the bullet and spend another $60 to fix my Wabisabi work shirt. It is a crime to ruined such a nice fabric and I cannot stnad it. What's a shame to leave a shirt in this stage.

WOAH So I just measured my SL Cone 101 now that it's had two hot soaks + drys and it has a new CBL of 30" aka slightly smaller than a M on the fit guide aka the MiddleAge fit :-)

It's going to be a much better build and fit. Also, you gotta break up with the G WS. I know it's hard. But tell them it's you, not them. And it's just not working out.

The way I look at it is I will never wear this shirt if the front mess up like that. The $160 (shirt+tailor) I spent so far for the shirt is sunk and if I fix it for $60, at least I get a shirt to wear.

Heading to my tailor to fix my work shirt in an hour. I have been talking a lot about the type of look/feel/fit that I expected originally from the two G work shirts that I backed before any ws delivery. I think these two lookbooks capture what I am shooting for. Beside the details on RT is much nicer than my G, I think I can make the fit looks rather similar. My tailor had already done the waist and she just needs to fix the mismatch front and the length and I think my Wabisabi will be golden. When I look at the pictures here, I think my Wabisabi fabric is superior than RT's. Again, the fabric is the only reason I am sinking more money to the shirt. www.rogueterritory.com/2014/10/13/rogue-territory-fall-winter-2014-lookbook/www.rogueterritory.com/2013/09/14/rogue-territory-fallwinter-2013-lookbook/

No gussets on those RT shirts, wasted opportunity. Looking forward to seeing pics of the results MiddleAge.

I should get the Wabisabi work shirt back from the tailor next Monday. She is taking an inch and half length from the front and 2 inches from the back. Having high hope that the shirt will work out.

I really hope this works out for you. There's nothing worse than having a shirt made out of amazing fabric that is flawed in one way or another. Well, there's worse things--like a nuclear-armed DPRK or gluten-free pizza, but the shirt thing is right up there.

You could go phb and then pick up the ticker if it hits inventory after shipping, but it'll cost you like $40. I thought you were pushing a classic xl in Gustin shirts, though. I am a classic XL in the GUSTIN button downs but the GUSTIN work shirts are a completely different animal when it comes to sizing. It's finished, did you go for it?

I still don't know if I can get down with the whole Blue denim WS thing. I know it's not your traditional indigo colored WS but I don't know, still not sure about the canadian tux look. Plus it wasn't cheap and by the time I received it the weather would be warm in Phoenix so it would sit in my closet for seven months or so.

I was thinking the same at first, but felt badass wearing it over a Pendleton wool shirt chopping up an Austin Mini shell with a disc cutter over the weekend Plus I can always pair it up with Ciano's 30oz'ers when they come in

I wore my Gustin Indigo WS to Blue In Green today. The girl helping me asked if I had bought it there and told me it looked like a very nice shirt. I told her it was a Gustin, but I had indeed bought the jeans I was wearing from the shop (I figure 1 out of 2 ain't bad). She says "wow, Gustin, very nice".

Took my Postal HB and Italian BrownXBlack to the tailor today for some work. Both shirts are Slim XL and the shoulders are dead nuts perfect for me. The bodies are too long a little bit billowy though. Taking in the chest a little, the lower half a lot and shortening by about an inch and a half.
Like both the shirts quite a bit, might love them if this goes well.

I'm curious how this will turn out; it seems like the gussets might make this trickier than normal, so I've hesitated bringing mine in to the tailor.
