My wife and kids have accepted my denim infatuation and hints have been coming that I should expect some flannels from Santa!

Forgive me if this has been asked already, but will LD be doing the equivalent of Gustin's Oxbloods? I don't think the red denim is the same, but I may be wrong.

I got this question from another customer today actually or maybe it was you? I haven't seen any burgundy denim so far but then again I do not think we have looked either. I am sure there will be some different denims hitting soon but nothing Oxblood yet

Hi Sal. No, it wasn't me, so it seems there's a bit of interest. I believe the first Oxbloods sold out very quickly, then the second version had a large price hike which put me off, but they still sold quickly. I hope you do consider getting some, as I'd definitely buy them.

Of course the details the cust chose helped make them look amazing but i'm def in for some color http://instagram.com/p/vmvuOBtcmW

Need some new denims on the list! It's down to a relatively small handful at this point. Will there be more before the sale ends? If not I will just order my kevlars in the 15 oz cone right now.

My wish for the new year, a corduroy upper collar option on the trucker jackets (several color options for the corduroy).

We have all new denims in house already. They were received about a week before xmas but are not ready to be released yet. We are going to try and get some more finished product up along with a few of them so thats gonna take a bit but either way we have plenty to post

Mid-weight cotton flannel, and some light/mid weight linen fabrics for shirts would be my suggestion

Oh no not the reason. We just had to wait for them to get in house and then photographed and decide what we are doing with them. We typically will buy fabric with certain items in mind. Sometimes we get those fabrics and have a new thought process for those fabrics...thats what we are doing now. We are also working out our next set of designs with fabric matches. Not every fabric is design specific so those just get popped on the site. We have some fabrics purchased 2 months ago that you guys likely saw at one point but get banked for later ideas and needs

Another wish, a fabric like the Gustin Zimbabwe. The more I wear my Zims, the more I love them.

I know we have the new fabrics in house but we are looking to do a better job at how we release them.
We are making some well needed changes over the next month or 2 with regards to production and how we handle processing of orders.
I know everyone has a wishlist for Lawless and the #1 wish is to clean up the inner workings of our production speed and notification of orders. All of that is in play. We cant do any of that on the fly so the plan which is officially in play is to start up a brand new production factory in LA with machines being set up there. We have plenty of machines in AZ that are not being used because we do not have the work force in AZ. LA on the other hand has an enormous amount of skilled sewers we are working on bringing on board. All of that should take us about a month or two to set up. Everything many of you wish we would do will be put into play from scratch in the new factory. Roman & I will be going back and forth to set this all up once we close on the space which is in negotiations as of last week. This will take a lot of work BUT will pay off big in the end. We are planning to concentrate on production more than anything right now so all the pushing will slow down until we have the new factory in order. That doesn't mean we won't be putting up new stuff or adding new denims but it won't be with the attention we gave it to get the store up and running. Obviously the way we are set up now can't sustain the amount of orders we are getting and is why we have orders completing 9-12 weeks for some. I actually don't think 9 or 10 weeks is anything terrible but keeping everyone informed and preventing 2 or 3 week longer wait times is. The early success was great for funding our growth but it was so good we out did our ability to maintain those orders. Everything thats needs fixing will be addressed but the right way by us shelving the aggressive push to key in on our production capabilities.
Thank you for all your understanding and continued pressure for us to improve

@sal, I wish you guys all the best. I hope you get your act together and set a high quality vs price ratio in the industry.

@sal, I wish you guys all the best. I hope you get your act together and set a high quality vs price ratio in the industry. Thank you! I think we are going to do real well. The feedback we have been getting has been great so far. We just need to get a few things in order from a structural point of view. In the short time I have been with Lawless a lot has been changed for the better. Roman knew we needed to address things but it wasn't going to be over night regardless if we did well out the gates. The plan was to bring in people that would push the brand forward without ruining the belief system we have. We could have did things corporate but that would have got us doing corporate kind of things. There isnt anything wrong with that but we like the street smart mentality and backround of our brand. Oh and Arizona will remain operational even when LA is up in full swing

oh I disagree with that Dirty_Denim. There is a whole lot wrong with doing corporate kinds of things.

I haven't received the return shipping label yet. I want to send back the Bull Canvas bag. Oh boy! I am sure we sent that. Let me tell the shop roman because I have seen that bag sitting in a box for over a month atleast. I made 2 trips there and each time I wanted it lol Can you confirm if you guys shipped it out or not? Thanks.
