Dirty_Denim , you know I love you guys, but the web site could use some attention Its funny you say that. I was in the site fixing an issue we were having with gift certificates and saw a cool theme for the store. It had larger photo options which would make for a clearer look at the fabric. I told Roman about the site needing better photo's. We are working on getting more completed pieces up as well but have to time that right of course. I AGREE WE NEED A BETTER WEB EXPERIENCE

Currently on the website, it states 6-8 weeks for a custom order. It appears that the longer wait time is not random. I'm waiting it out, like everyone else, but it doesn't reflect an accurate timeframe for new customers. This page ( www.ra-denim.com/faq/)? When I looked at a product page, it said 8-10. So the product template is right, but the FAQ is lagging. Fixed! I am not someone that knows my way around fixing webstore layouts but I figured it out faster than I thought. Thank you for pointing that out.

I AGREE WE NEED A BETTER WEB EXPERIENCE I think it works good, actually, I only had some minor issues after I'd switched to standard view on my iPad. Some buttons were invisible when completing an order, like the select shipping option button. Had to click around the text a bit til I could complete my order... Would love that Horween leather jacket... If I can nail my fit perhaps I'll splash for it

I just randomly looked at the Western shirt page, and it says 4-6 weeks on all semi-custom orders. Dec. 2nd, was told via e-mail that my order was being completed, and shipping the following week. I would just like some transparency, and no BS Agreed. Having gotten the same status and ETAs on KS orders... Length of time is not an issue. Being told "next week" and then again a few weeks later "next week" and then...well, that only creates disappointed and frustrated customers. As someone else said on here, promise low and deliver high. Even if the promise is 6 months, I would think frustration and skepticism would greatly reduce. Then put full focus on blowing away expectations and the rest takes care of itself.

I really wish I could have a better handle on all of this but unfortunately I can only inform on what is told to me. I'd do not think anyone tells customers next week or anything like that to push a customer off for a bit longer. I would never do that because its me that has to answer on the forums. I have been telling people 8 to 10 weeks based on what we have been experiencing mostly with completion rates and my own order and a few dummy orders which were samples by the way for the store that fell with in that as well. Has everyone from Sept got their orders? October I know we should have completed based on what was being done last week. Novemeber orders I know for a fact went into production this week order 100-191 to be exact Kickstarter orders are being added in to those as we confirm each of them

ALL - please take orders discussions and questions to PM.
Going forward we will delete orders queries in the general threads.
This does not include general questions on products, etc. Just your personal orders.
Thanks for understanding...

Just answering the question posed Old26. Are you suggesting we can't discuss with one another when we receive a shipping notice or not?

Just answering the question posed Old26. Are you suggesting we can't discuss with one another when we receive a shipping notice or not? What we don't want is the place filled up with "When is my order shipping?" - that's for PM or email. If people feel like they want to share shipping notices, that's fine, within reason. It gives folks an idea that things are moving along and adds some confidence. Does that make sense? It's harder for a vendor to track those posts and it clogs the forum. It's OK for PM/email though.

One pair of Brown wefts just went up on the site. A customer changed his order to the Candiani IXI so the Niphon Menpu brown (beige) Jeans is up if anyone has been wanting it

From what I was told all 5 digit orders were being finished up this week with the new order system starting next. We printed out orders 100-191 yesterday which is basically the beginning of getting it ready to cut. I am waiting on a call from the shop so I will have an understanding of what completed this week

I don't know where to put this, but since I wish it would happen, I guess this would be as good a place as any. I wish you guys would use spell check on your website. It takes away from the professionalism of a company when I see spelling errors all over the place on their website. Not trying to be insulting, just wanted to give you guys a heads up if no one has already done so.
Ex. This on the front page. "LD&CO. offers the finest collection of Amerian made men's heritage clothing made in our own factory."

We recently had our entire store wiped out during an attempt to integrate a new software. The company changed something in the code that literally wiped out everything that was on a items screen. Basically when you clicked on a denim to view it, the screen was blank other than the category tabs at the top and the Grey box at the bottom which has the social media connections at the bottom. We had to quickly fix it because it happened during the middle of the day. Of course the only way to do it was by using a saved version of the store which had all the wrong info and put back any spelling corrections I may have fixed. So I am left sifting through everything including having to change the 8 to 10 week turn time schedule I changed 2 weeks ago.

You know we have been holding that custom Black bag for some time now. Do you still want it or are you going to keep the original 2. I ask because I will gladly take it for my wife who is dying for one
