No, I'm not. Scratches to the heels and toe box are mostly superficial (in the waxy coating of the boot), and should buff out with a good conditioner. The leather isn't even broken in across most of the boot. I wore these less than 20 times all told trying to convince myself they fit properly, but I finally had to concede that they're just too big for me. Soles are in excellent condition with only the beginnings of abrasion from heel strike and contact with concrete. The flash from my camera makes them look dirtier and more beat up than they actually are.
