www.godspeedco.com/Interesting little company the internets told me about today. They only have one product, a shirt made from material inspired by the classic shop rag. Actual shop rags have a pretty loose weave, but they worked with a mill to make a tighter woven fabric to make a better shirt. The whole concept is really cool and the pictures on their website look like they have top notch execution. The pricepoint is a little much for me, but maybe one of you will buy one and tell me how great it is and convince me to get it anyway

Cool find. Couple of local guys (local as in same state, MA. About an hour from me).
I'd grab but I'm not sure if I look good in red.?
Looks like they are set up to add some more items in time.

If it ages like shop rags, could be really cool. Though it'd be tough to treat it like a shop rag at the price point. My dad is a mechanic, if I wore that shirt around him, he'd think I'd lost my mind. If he found out it cost $150, he'd probably amend his will.

I really like the idea of it, it should age beautifully, it should be really comfortable, it seems like a real mechanics shirt, but the price..... it's kind of silly, but if this was $99, I'd probably be all over it |

I really like the idea of it, it should age beautifully, it should be really comfortable, it seems like a real mechanics shirt, but the price..... it's kind of silly, but if this was $99, I'd probably be all over it Almost any other color and I'd be wishing it was $50 cheaper so I could buy it. For $150 you can buy almost any shirt Sugar Cane makes, and gets you close to many Iron Heart shirts, if you can find your size on rakuten. |
