Portugal?! You mf'ers. Isn't Portugal technically better than China?

Of course, but both have the same odds of opening my wallet.

It's great to see more corduroy shirt options making the rounds. The IHSH-184 was an insta-back for me. I was not disappointed. As far as this TS shirt goes... The color works. But, I'd prefer it be unwashed. I think the Glacier design would've suited this fabric better than the Jack, as well. The button down collar, and single chest pocket kill it for me.

Yeah, I did not like the button down, or the price.

I like it. Nice fabric, and choice of buttons. Made in CA, too. My only gripes are with the pockets. I think they would have been better served staying with a rounded shape, and single entry. The mitered, dual entry pockets, while probably more convenient, somewhat kill the look for me. Bleu de Paname have a great alternative, at a similar price point. Not to mention... It's a french work jacket... made in France. What a concept.

I bought one more pair of Camp Pants during the 30% sale. I'll use the $30 credit to buy one more item in the future, but other than that, I think i'm done with TS in 2018.

FWIW I ordered a few French work jackets that were made in France and did not like the blocky traditional cut which was originally done to layer underneath. I felt like a walking square. These guys do French work jackets in heavy chamois, denim, and waxed cotton. I'm a 46L and the XXL fits me perfect. Not the best thread to post made in Portugal stuff in but I like their stuff and their PR vid on site is interesting to watch. www.portugueseflannel.com/products/pinheiro-goma

Nothing wrong with Portuguese stuff. At least when it's not masquerading as American stuff.

Nothing wrong with Portuguese stuff. At least when it's not masquerading as American stuff. Nuance noted. Two brothers who's father used to run the family textile mill, now they have access to decades of fabrics from said mill. I'm not super into most of their prints, but I'll be keeping an eye on them for future releases. Kinda like how G would release fun fabrics, but these guys actually make them so not dependent on deadstock

Is this code for 'those are f'ball ugly? Yeah, I could not get past any of the current patterns, hence my solid purchases. I tried to talk myself into the camo one for a few minutes but just could not get there.

This thing is calling my name. As is this one: That blue and orange is quite lovely in that photo...but in the other photos, the pattern is too small and gets lost for me. I am OK with that because I can't justify that kind of skrilla for a shirt.

I like it. I have oddly migrated to a level of acceptance with Portugal, primarily because it isn't made in China. As for the shirt, I debated it. The only drawback (I'll leave this to you) - if the jacquard thread breaks anywhere, it might be very noticeable.
