Pockets just look weird. Too square, too long, too yeah. Kinda like the idea, a two pocket Mechanic, but execution is weird.

Pockets look a bit to long for my liking. Damn these workshirts and their reinforced elbows and utilitarian pockets! I guess the point, though, is that people looking for utilitarian garments that need something like a reinforced elbow aren't in a position to spend $100 on a single shirt.

The pockets look to be made to fit a Field Notepad. I don't carry one. I'm good with the reinforce elbows. Even if one doesn't wear them out, it's not a bad look.

I started typing up the exact same thing last night then erased it. Something like "If I actually used this sort of garment for what it was intended I would not be buying these because: price"

The reinforced elbows kill it for me. Absolutely. I have yet to wear out a shirt elbow on my office chair. I have yet to wear out the elbow of any shirt of any substance doing any kind of work...office, yard, trail or otherwise. Hell, you'll be hard pressed to get any kind of damage in a thick shirt like this, outside of a stray hole or cut from machinery or tools or whatnot. Sweaters, sport coats/jackets if you're a professor...ok, it can happen in thin material from a couple/few seasons of constant elbow rubbing on desks. But reinforced elbows on a heavy work shirt? Wut?

well, obviously you're not working in a winery. One of my best friends works in one in Washington State. I'll vet this through him and see if he'd ever see the need. Haha.

No need....I wear a t-shirt and jeans with my boots in the cellar. During harvest I only wear clothes I don't care about. At this price point I wouldn't be exposing it to the elements of a winery unless I'm "someone" who works at the winery but doesn't actually work.....

20% of sale has me deciding Indigo Pyramid or Indigo Star Jack ...hmmm... The answer to your OR question is YES. It's always YES. When in doubt, get both.

20% off makes it very tempting to use my one Trump Card in my 1 Year No Spend (I have $140 credit). Should I use it? If so which shirt? Navy Machanic? Indigo Cross Jacquard? Or hold out for a Flannel this Fall?

Anyone have the Indigo Cross Jacquard? Is it more of a go to work shirt or a out for the evening shirt? More utility or ______?

Btw the discount and your credit, I'd get in on it if it catches your eye.

I have an abundance of navy chinos that get zero wears. Am I crazy to think that any of the new TS Telegraph Jacket would go well with navy chinos?

Share a picture, or at the very least a link, and I'll let you know. The ones in the workshop? All of them? Well I suppose. Best bets are probably the grey and brown, but I don't see why any of them wouldn't pair with navy chinos.

These three nightmares are back for a mere $148. It's crime against the craft to use the word 'batik' and associate it with this random daubing.

Not really liking the price, but I've seen worse nightmares (summer popovers or the striped chore monstrosity). What don't you particularly like about it?
