Sold my Full Counts and realized a lot of the Japanese fits are too low of rise and tight thigh to work with my huge thighs and JLO ass. Plus my calves are huge. (I'm fat)
After buying the IH-816 chinos it looks like the 634 cut might be the best IH cut for me in 21oz denim. And I am pretty sure they will tighten up a bit with washing in the lower leg.
Anyone have a pair of the 634S or 634-XHS?

What's your concern/question?

General overview I guess. The top block looks great but the lower leg looks a bit loose.

ickes you newb. The 634 is basic non-selvedge 21oz denim. The 634S is selvedge 21oz. That accounts for the price difference. According to sources the 634 regular non selvedge is still an amazing piece of denim. IH cares more about fabric and it's uniqueness than selvedge.

Couldn't agree more. I just recently picked up my first pair of 634's in the 21oz fabric and they are an absolute classic. A damn near perfect straight fit IMO and the fabric is amazing in it's own subtle way. Probably the most comfortable pair of jeans I own and they're 21oz!! Lol...it still trips me out how comfortable these are and the beige weft is icing on the cake. Theres nothing else like them.
My 634s are second in my rotation as my SEXIH 633s IndigoxGreys are getting heavy daily wear for now, but my 634s will probably move to the top spot for this winter. They are a pair I plan on having for many years to come

I contacted IHUK this morning for their advice.

Sir imho go for the biggest measured 36 in the waist imho, their signature 21oz stretches out if necessary at the waist. Ihuk will put you in the right one for sure. Good choice.

Thanks for the help. no prob. other measurements in 36 are right for you (especially thighs but shouldn't usually be a prob in this cut)? go with IHUK advice and you'll get a nice fitting pair, also they have great customer service re returning policy if needed

Imho if your 34 or more in the 634s they are so wide at hem it looks comical. I had to taper mine i looked like a cowboy.
Apart from that they have a long Ass and only look ok right after wash so wouldnt say they help a jlo Ass.
All that being said i love mine, they are comfy, thick and heavy and have a beautiful color and fades amazingly! (lol my autocorrect tried to correct it to "amazeballs" haha).
Check fadepics in the gen chat/hall of sickness.
