I'm curious about shrinkage of Unsanforized denim. Do you get all the shrinkage after the first soak? Or does it shrink more after subsequent washes. I received Oni-288ZR 20 oz unsanforized secret cell bitch and after a warm first soak it has an extra couple of inches in the inseam. I'm wondering if I should get them hemmed now or wait for the first wash. Any ideas or suggestions?

They shrank 2" from 36" to 34". I didn't agitate the jeans though. With straight Gs I can live with 34" inseam but these have a higher front and back rise, so the inseam measurement starts a bit lower.
