Man TS does make some tight cuffs. Found it really was an issue with the maritime CPO.

Got the double knee Chore Pant in Camel in. Really like the fit on these, my first TS pants. Even more stoked about the Camp Pant now since they are the same fit.
For double knee work pants, these are damn sexy.

Fully realizing that you shouldn't have to do this and all, but can't you guys just move the buttons a bit to resolve? Or, is the cuff itself too small to allow for that?

This must be an issue on the latest runs, as I've got a 16oz navy, and the cuffs are perfect.

My ash are a lot thicker and sized a little smaller compared to my camel's. Love them though

My swift mill is like 8.5" and you can't really move the button since it would be directly over the stitch/seam. Not much clearance to move it on mine and I have 7" wrists. I can't imagine all you guys with 8" wrists cause that would just be ungodly.

My older shirt cuffs are fine, but the last 2 made in CA have been ultra tight. My last made in Portugal was still fine. I will definitely move the button over a bit, but there's not much play there. The butto N holes seem to be a bit farther in than they should be (and an odd angle). Even with the goofy cuffs I tend to love their shirts

I hope those experiencing the too small cuff, have let them know, as it appears this needs to be addressed.

I've been laughing for the last couple minutes as your post made me think of this: If you haven't seen whatever that is and need a good laugh, here's some video.

Anyone receive a whaler sweater yet? Whaler sweater and the moto jacket both were super late.

Interesting note on the cuffs. They are a bit tight on my crater shirt, but not so much that it's unwearable.

I revisited the cuffs on my black Mechanics shirt - the button placement isn't in-set farther than other shirts. It's actually optimal based on the cuff. It may be something I note back to TS if it's consistent when I receive my moss Mechanic.

Man I'm having second thoughts about the TS Moto jacket. I do like it but for $700 I can't help to think my money would be better spent on the Buzz A2 for a few hundred more.
I do like the jacket but the sleeves are a bit long. It's a casual jacket but the sleeves they went for the true moto length which is upsetting. I like the color whiskey I really do but I second guess it vs the normal seal brown of a classic A2.

Man it's a great jacket and pretty damn versatile. Just wish the sleeves were a bit smaller. $706 shipped was absolutely a great deal on this jacket and I do find it worth the money but I'm left wondering what if? Maybe the grass isn't greener

Maybe the grass isn't greener It's a good looking jacket. I think the coloring is more unique than the standard classic brown, which is again a differentiator. I can see this jacket aging nicely as well.

No they can be returned. Just not after wear etc. Like normal. Hence me walking around my house with it on.

Yeah I have had nothing but good experiences with their customer service as well, particularly Mina. I just sent back that Cone mess of a workshirt and asked them to pull me the Indigo Cherry Blossom shirt in the notes. I was frieking out because those were going fast (2nd run) and I emailed them separately after my return was approved to make sure that they were going to do the exchange for a different shirt as I requested. I got an email back that all was well and they had already pulled the shirt for me so that made me really happy. At the end of the day I see that the Cone workshirt is sold out in the size I am exchanging and the Chery Blossom is sold out completely. On top of that, I only paid $108 for the Cone and they get another sold out size to sell for $40 more than what I paid for it and I get the shirt I really want. So win/win. WEll I got my Cherry Blossom today and tried it on. Holy Hell, that shirt is damn impressive in person. I can't wait to wear it out but I'm gonna cold soak it first and see if the weave tightens up a bit. The Cherry Blossom and the Indigo Cone I traded it for are like night and day. The IC looks really impressive in the photo shoot but IRL not so much and the CB looks nice in photos but IRL it's amazing. I made the right choice. I just did NOT feel comfortable with the fit or the appearance of the IC but despite the boldness of the CB it just......works. It's actually pretty mesmerizing to look at it in the mirror but not annoying.

Received the cone workshirt in a 40 from 42 and much better fit, however, the cuffs are silly small and barely work. Again though, kick ass shirt. Amazing what a size down looks with drape, etc. Definitely a keeper. Nobody received their task jacket?(!) Unfortunately there were some major QC issues. Response from TS appreciated. Essentially the threads sewing up the diamond quilt were brutalized by the stone wash. Ends up being around $60 with 50%. Will probably keep. Bummer though. I would have actually preferred a stiffer more unmolested canvas. "We are writing to inform you that we have spotted defects with the quilted lining of the Task Jacket. The diamond quilt stitching has run on a significant number of jackets. Please note this is not shoddy workmanship on part of the sewers, but rather the result of a pre-wash put on the jackets to both soften the canvas and reduce future shrinkage. Mildly abrasive pumice stones were added to the wash and did not react well with the quilted lining in final production. We tested this wash in the sampling process without issue, so we are extremely disappointed that this defect made its way into the full production run. Here is a picture of the defect: This iteration of Task Jackets fails to meet Taylor Stitch’s quality standards, but is still structurally sound. It will keep you just as warm and last as long, but we can not, in good faith, sell this jacket as first quality. If we had a large supply of extras, we would simply donate the imperfect and sell the remainder. However, due to the popularity of this item, all possible units have been spoken for. To make amends for this defect, we are offering customers two options: 1. Order cancellation or return for a full refund on the Task Jacket, no questions asked. 2. If you are willing to live with the imperfect lining stitching, we’ll refund 50% of your purchase. Please let us know how you would like to proceed by completing the form linked below. goo.gl/forms/o8s58gMNQUWe are incredibly sorry for the inconvenience. In the future, these jackets will only get a very, very gentle rinse. Also know that more Black Task Jackets will arrive this April. There will not be any more indigo, but other colors are under review. Again, apologies for the inconvenience! Take good care, Taylor Stitch"
