I know they are just lounge pants, but 31" inseam!? Are they as short as they seem to indicate? you have to keep in mind they are designed to stop at the ankles. devastitis you aren't going to use them to work out in?

After getting a few shirts from TS that I really liked, I encouraged my wife to check them out for some pants. She ended up ordering the cavallo pant in olive (which is the same fabric as the camp pant for men), which I thought would be great, especially since the herringbone looks so good. She got them yesterday. The fabric is cool. The cut is god awful. The pants sag in the butt, but pooch out at the hips. As my wife said, "I can't think of any woman who would want pants cut this way."

Although probably a very effective form of birth control I was sortof looking at those weird cord jeans like a confused dog the other day twisting my head back and forth at the screen. I don't mind some of their dresses.

They've outdumbed themselves on those pockets. Even worse than their workshirt pockets.
She's still disturbingly cute, even in those horrid things.

Just finished the survey TS sent out.
I'm kinda into the sewn dot shirts, but I really like that 50/50 linen/cotton white and blue striped Jack.

Received the charcoal travel pants. While I love the materials and great feel of the heavier 15 oz blend, the rise on these is just odd. If I sit them at my natural waist, there's too much bagginess going on in the top block for a slimmer pair of sweats. Looks like these will be on their way back tomorrow.

Having just come off vacation where I wore my last years version of this and having a gift card burning a hole in my pocket, I grabbed this for summer. I'm not thrilled with the color, but am with the utility of the color going with most everything.

Leaning towards something made in Cali though.

Leaning towards something made in Cali though. I appreciate that and am a supporter of MiUSA just not exclusively. Going on experience with the fabric here and the function it's a good option for me right now. Not too many quality SS shirts out there and summer is coming. That being said, here is a CALI option for you, cheaper and on sale. freenotecloth.com/collections/past-season/products/aster-ss-span-blue-span

Does anyone have this shirt? www.taylorstitch.com/collections/mens-shirts/products/dark-indigo-star-jack-1I have enough plaids and want more shirts with smaller patterns. How's the weight on this fabric? I'm looking for something versatile, middle weight. I think I have one other TS jack shirt. The cut seems pretty good on that one. Not a fan of the boxy body, which this doesn't seem to have per the reviews. Also: from the pix, it seems different enough from a chambray that having it and this (https://www.ratioclothing.com/products/highlands-organic-chambray) doesn't seem redundant. Thoughts?

I have this shirt nate001I'd guess it's a sturdy 7oz fabric--probably best for spring--above 80degrees might be too hot. It's a great shirt: dark brown buttons, visually interesting fabric--beyond the cool "stars", and nice collar. The color is much darker than your Ratio chambray, but not as dark as a true Navy blue or deep indigo and with the different pockets, I feel you can justify owning both Let me know if want more specifics...

I should have known you owned this shirt. I also should have known you would approve of owning both. From the pix, the fabric looks like a fairly open weave. I feel like that can add to a wider range of appropriate temps. Add an undershirt and the fabric weight adds warmth. Go without the undershirt and its a little more drapey without laying too close to the skin. Does my completely imagined description sound accurate? I'm a big fan of the collar on the TS jacks. Collars are so underrated as a make or break feature on a shirt. The placement of that top button is so key. 1/4" too far one way or another can be a dealbreaker.

nate001 TS just does collars and buttons right... Your logic sounds legit regarding the layers and loose weave. I guess I just run hot in the Summer and really enjoy light and airy above 72 and I wouldn't classify this shirt as such. You always can return, so I'd suggest ordering and get a first hand experience...

disheveled, good guess on the weight. I emailed TS customer service. They said it was 6 oz. I'll prolly pull the trigger.

So I have the short-sleeve version of this shirt. I like it so much that I really debated the LS counterpart for my collection (ended up grabbing the California Indigo Pyramid instead - love that one too). Honestly, it has a really great texture and does feel quite breathable for out here in the desert temps. I have received a lot of compliments on this one too. I recommend it.
