Figured a Rakuten thread would be warranted, I ordered through Vari jeans global.rakuten.com/en/store/vari/Paid through PayPal and they took about a week to arrive, no issues. |

Rakuten is great. I have ordered from Rodeo Bros, FRISBEE, Fukuraku, and Samurai Craft. All were great but Fukuraku was a little slow for me for some reason. Took about two weeks to get my product. Other than that I have had no real complaints with Rakuten.

Sorry, but I feel the Rodeo love is possibly misplaced now. Up until a couple of weeks ago, someone called Rumiko worked there and he/she seemed very helpful, answering questions in English fairly promptly.
Rumiko left two weeks ago, but for the two weeks or so before that communication was virtually non-existent.
Mihara briefly took over and seemed OK, getting an order out to me, but then handed over English transactions to someone else.
Now, I've had an outstanding query for two weeks, which is kind of irritating. If other people are now getting better service, that's great, but all I'm seeing now is LD levels of non-communication, as far as emails are concerned.

anyone know if the product that the japanese retailers get is different than what IHUK gets?
for example, i ordered some I634S 21oz jeans. IHUK lists the inseam as 35,but the jeans i got were 36x34.

I believe there are some style options that vary. Sizing should be the same you would think. Iron heart sizing can vary from batch to batch but they update their charts to reflect that. Maybe the pair you received is from an older run and their sizing chart is for a more recent one. A hot soak of just the legs should shrink up that extra inch if you don't want to shrink the waist also. |

JP sizing is often shorter in the inseam I.E. I've heard that the IH-666XHS in the UK is something like 36'' inseam and in JP something like 34''. This is not always the case though as my JP Weapon trousers measured 36 inseam out of the bag. All other JP measurements should closely follow size charts for mostly all garments.

Was looking for a pair of IH-634S in Rakuten, but they all seem to be 34" leg. Has anybody found anything longer?
I see on IHUK that a 34" waist comes with a 35" leg (89cm), and one or two Rakuten retailers seem to have 89cm, but the photos of the patch are always 34" leg, so I've no confidence in getting anything longer.
