Wearing my 288 today brentkuz. They're wonderful, and not at all too warm or heavy for (Bay Area) August. Thinking about getting another pair in a different fit just to diversify! |

I seen they got the 18Oz 507 khn now in denimio says out of stock but I don't think they ever were to begin with..
so maybe they will soon they are regular straight fit also.
I think they are the ones with the extreme slub not sure anyone know?
Im tapped out on denim no more pairs for me. unless they ever restock the pbj xx-020 @denimio in future that be my last pair.
might have to sell a pair or two went overboard a tad.

517Xxbe is great haven't gotten my 546zr secrets yet otw tho just left customs today so should see them by saturday hopefully.
the 517xxbe is much darker than the secrets with not as much nep poking out. the weft looks lighter..
Just as slubby I would imagine also.
I've barely worn mine wonder why lol they are comfy for 16.5oz not so much on the 22oz Natural Indigos tho.

I couldn't stop myself from ordering a pair last night because they appear to have the same texture as the PBJ AI jeans. ;-] |

eh - that's what the make offer option's for. people who have long listings generally list at a higher price and then someone making an offer feels like they're getting a deal when they end up paying a little over what the seller was hoping to get.

Yeah, it's probably just a seller who's tired of being lowballed. I offered my Red Wing Beckmans for $220 shipped, and I received a ton of offers below $100. So I raised the price the second go around to $280 + shipping, and I was able to agree on $240 + shipping. |

* Slubb-neppy like PBJ or G-loomstate, but not like the Gustin super heavy slub or the 507 above
* Indigo with biege or white weft
* Fit like Gustin slim or even slimmer (my slim loomstates are my best fitting pair)

will see some other guy I know of has both claims that the slub are very similar..just not the natural indigo awai shoai of course.
Mine won't ship out til tomorrow.
the woman tellin me I'm being ridiculous for buying so many pairs yet I want more damn it.. more lol.
my last pair I'm buying for years.maybe.
Ordered some Chippewa bridgemen boots also.Copper caprice

Even BiG sells them for less, at around $400. If your markup is more than BiG, that's saying something. Edit: It is the Awa Shoai dyeing process that commands the larger price tags. The natural indigo models can be a little more expensive, but not this much. Oni does make an Awa Shoai model. Though, the only place I have seen it is at BiG. link |

received a pair of 506ZR in the 20oz 'secret' denim from denimio the other day. took just under a week to arrive from japan. i was initially worried that that the rise and waist might be a bit too small after a soak, but the sizing has actually worked out very well. as everyone says, the texture of this fabric is crazy. it's like they were loosely woven with hemp string. the nep and biege weft is what drew me to them and ultimately my favorite part of the jeans. biked about 3 miles in them this morning and didn't even chafe the backs of my knees...win/win.
