Just accidentally purchased the 18oz overdye cpo. First time purchasing directly from IH, and I was trying to see if they were one of those sites that lists VAT and deducts it at checkout or whatever and clicked one to many times. Sometimes it's okay to not be too hard on yourself, tho! *rubs hands in anticipation*

plus, the 193 is dropping next week. i'm torn because i've been anticipating the 193 for awhile now, but the fit chart has me second guessing myself now. the p2p works for me on a size large but i'm worried the shoulders and sleeve length won't.

The 193 is so dope. XL while a little big would suit me with no stretch. After having so many IH westerns, would be nice to have something different than the same ole black snaps.

You know that you can now pimp any IH shirt right? I did forget about that. The turquoise is pretty great. Tacky perhaps but pretty awesome. Just desire something not encased in the same ole. Such as this Indigofera western which is great...and ironically inspired by good ole IH. Again...this is a compliment desiring much from one brand.

Think i'm actually gonna pass on the 193. I keep looking at the fit chart and it just won't work for me. I'd need the p2p of a large but the shoulders, sleeve and length of an xl. I don't like the idea of hot washing this particular shirt for shrinkage because it'll give it that washed out/faded look which I don't want. I went through my closet lastnite and did a quick measurement of about 4-5 shirts and they all have an 18.5" shoulder and 22" p2p. There are a couple with a 25" sleeve length but most have at least 25.5" in length. On the one hand, I just saved myself $345, on the other hand, i'm going to miss out on a shirt that is truly exceptional.

Well, you can say that spending $345 on a shirt with a meh fit, isn't that great a deal. There will always be more down the road.

Or you could order one then ask the crew to pick either a L or XL with the specific sleeve or chest/shoulder measurement you're looking for. If they don't have one that will work for you then you can just cancel your order. No harm, no foul.

If they don't have one that will work for you then you can just cancel your order. No harm, no foul. I could do that but my gut is that a size large with an 18.5" shoulder would be non-existent, especially since their fit chart comes a full inch under. Even an 18" shoulder would be cutting it close. But, it's not just the shoulders but the sleeve, chest and length as well. Hot washing is always an option but like I said, I don't want that washed out look if I put it through the wringer. Basically, it's an odd fit. If it was cut similarly to the 129 I could've gone with my usual size but there are just too many variables at play that make me unwilling to drop $345 on a shirt if the fit doesn't work.

Pretty stoked that Giles has talked to Haraki and they are deciding to run a "new" (old) sax colorway of the 107. The sax sample was created when they ran the 107's several years ago but it never made it to production.
