Ickes i would say no. It's a very heavy jacket/shirt and will be too warm for your location. If I recall correctly the waxed jacket from Gustin was too warm. This is going to be very warm. |

highlights I don't find the collar BIG but I'd describe it more as being long and with a wider spread (which some would say is big  . By long I mean the points are longer. I like to button all the way up. But not so much with this shirt. I'll snap a pic next time I wear it.

The 102 had a slightly big collar compared to other shirts. But I think it's beefy nature goes with the shirts overall vibe.

Copped the 107 XL in red from self edge. Souped 14% off is awesome. Was three left now all sold out. I'm done buying clothing. My gf is going to murder me until dead.

38 degrees today. Wore the 102 on top of a long sleeve T. Extremely warm for a bit of time outside. Stops the wind very well.

Just received my second IH waffle thermal henley from Rodeo Bros today. I went XL this time and I copped the black one. Fit is perfect for wearing just as a shirt, exactly the fit I was looking for.
Once again, a high quality shirt delivered in a timely manner. Completely satisfied! I might cop one more Henley in XL, either the grey or another white. My IH collection is slowly growing and I'm starting with the basics. I'm a sucker for basic items constructed with the highest quality and craftsmanship and that's EXACTLY what IH does. I'm trying to hunt down an IH 7.5 oz Loopwheeled T-shirt (2014 version) now but no luck yet.
Guys, I highly recommend the IH thermal waffle Henleys. Great product and great price at Rakuten.

DigDug; I think the XL will fit you like the L fits me. It will fit but it will be a snugger fit, better for layering. I think you'll still be able to wear it on it's own if you like, I know I will, but it will just be a snugger fit but not so snug that it will look silly. also, some of the guys are saying in the IH threads that the thermals stretch up to two inches in the chest

ickes i just ordered my 3 thermal henleys from Rodeo Bros. I went with large so i can wear them comfortably. I already have a collection of fitted Fruit of the Loom thermals that are fitted enough to be layered.

DigDug; totally hear where you're coming from man. My plan was to do a "one off" purchase at full retail price from SE because I had been eyeballing a few flannels for so long now and I had constantly heard consistent great reviews on IH. Even though I thought would never spend this much on a shirt I finally caved in. My plan backfired a bit as SE doesn't give refunds unless they made a mistake on the size. Before I found this out I made a second purchase (this black one) while my first purchase was en route back to SE. I was hoping to get the refund back on my first shirt and when the charge was put back on my account I'd be even. well now I've got store credit for the first one (plus a 20% off coupon courtesy of Kiya) and second one in hand. I'm posting pics in a bit

My gf is going to the post office to get my IHSH-62 in indigo today. Can't wait to check it out tonight. Pretty fast shipping for half way around the world. Japan to the north east. Plus add the holiday. Can't wait to check it out. Not sure if I am going to love wabash but we shall see. If not up for sale it goes.
