It is interesting how different manufacturers call same jacket styles by different names. The Highwayman and Brando Style/Perfecto are one in the same with Vanson but with most other manufacturers they are 2 different styles. I have a Highwayman type jacket by Alexander Leathers and a Perfecto style by Wilson. Mine is an older Wilson leather but I have had my eye out for a Schott or an Aero in that style. Vanson makes a nice one too. Summer seems to be the best time to get a deal on one. Ebay etc. Vanson Highwayman Aero Highwayman Schott Perfecto

The perfecto is a hard look to pull off. It will definitely get some attention! It is funny how the names are used differently. For me "perfecto" is THE name for the Brando style. When I hear "highwayman" I think of the Aero style. Vanson also has a jacket in that style called the "enfield." Vanson Enfield: The jacket I bought is the Vanson Model B. They still sell the first 2 designs they ever created and call them the Model A and the Model B! I bought it for times that I ride my bike somewhere but then need to wear the jacket off the bike, like going to a concert at a bar or whatnot. It's got enough style to wear off the bike as opposed to my other armored jackets that make you look like a tool if you are just wearing them around. Vanson Model B: And I know you all want to see my ugly mug wearing it!

Thanks! Oh, those are Gustin Beasts also Looks like a great fit from what I can see and the Beasts fit right in also. Arms look long but that is what you want as they end up creasing and shortening especially if you're riding a bike. I almost bought a Vanson Enfield but ended up getting a good deal on the Alexander leathers Roadster. selvedgestyle.com/thread/116/alexander-leathersThey have actually changed their name to Simmons Bilt after one of the company managers was convicted of stealing leather jackets from his former job at Aero leathers. Long story. Lots of info about it on the Fedora Lounge if anyone is interested www.simmonsbilt.com/I have been used to seeing the Perfecto worn by musicians and rock music fans alike. Almost required wearing as part of the Rock and Roll uniform. I have had one years. Of course they are also worn by bikers. I'm kind of lucky as I can wear it to my work with no one batting an eye. I did wear it to a Cub Scout leader meeting once coming straight from work as it was cold out. I am a den leader and a few of them asked if I rode a bike to the meeting. No motorcycle, just a rocker. Ha.
