My 9oz super light Gustin have a chambray feel and kinda look like chambray too. I bet 5oz would be basically chambray pants.

Yeah, Taylor Stitch has a pair of 8oz chambray pants in Last Call that look really goofy, I can't see the 5oz denim working.

So the Gustin Superlight got me thinking about this again. The brushed weft is a headscratcher though. Now, do I care? For summer jeans, I'm going to hem them, not cuff or stack. So does selvedge really matter?
