It seems like the majority of the nicer, mid to high end clothing companies around are all manufacturing men's wear. Women's clothing is still made of cheap shit, for way too much money. As I have broken into this crowd funded/ higher end clothing world (Gustin, TS, Epaulet, etc.) I have had a hard time finding anything of comparable quality and value for my girlfriend.
She wants a nice pair of raw denim for less than $220, they just don't seem to be out there. She wants good quality boots, tops etc. like we buy.
TS manufactures women's clothing but it is so limited and there seems to be less value in the product. Similarly, a pair of Frye boots that costs $400 is nowhere near the quality of a pair of say White's or Aldens you could pick up for around the same price.
Anyone know of a place?

unfortunately, most women's brands are fashion brands. Likewise with Frye boots. I believe Carmina in Spain makes a line of women's shoes but they may be an outlier in the shoe industry. I think 3sixteen offers a few offerings of women's denim which might be up on the Self Edge site, but besides them I don't know who else makes raw denim for women.

I know that Wesco boots makes the same boots for women, as most of their men's lineup, plus, they offer some higher end, more fashionable stuff, but it ain't cheap.
Another noteworthy item, is that although they don't show women's jeans on their website, Ciano Farmer will make a pattern from a pair of your wife's/GFs jeans, that you send them, and will make up a pair. I haven't done this myself, as I usually let my wife take care of her own clothing needs, but I might surprise her with a nice pair of raws some day.

I hope "woman" from the dearly departed G Community somehow finds her way over here. She had some really great tips and info on how some of the different raws worked for the female form.

Yeah, there were a few people from GComm that were good contributors. It's too bad they shut it down so suddenly. But I thought she made a post or two here?

You send them a pair of your SO's best fitting pair and they'll make a denim from the specs or you just send them the specs and they'll make a denim pair using them? And I love the look of the Wesco boots, but you weren't kidding. They are pricey. Like shell Alden CXL #8s to Viberg pricey.

I'm not sure what the sample pair is made from, but probably fabric that is around from stuff they have previously ordered.

I've been trying to find decent jeans for my wife as well and this idea really intrigues me. Has anyone done this with ciano?

Railcar!
They have the Donna and Viper womens cuts. Additionally they can taper, hem, resize whatever. You'll get your fit.

My gf isn't a fan of indigo. Maybe I should back the naturals on TS and get them hemmed to her length. Edit: Nevermind. Size only goes down to 29.

Gotta be a reddish blue or green cross-patterned Western w snaps for Girls?

Hi honestly, I would say to take her to a fabric shop, take her measurements, and have Manny (Indigogene) make one for her. It will probably have the best success rate

I got my wife a pair of jeans from Todd Shelton. Not selvedge, but MiUSA. 9 oz Japanese denim with stretch. I think they look great. She likes them too.
