With winter coming I am a real fan of Icebreaker merino wool T-shirts. Short and long sleeve. They make everything from socks to jackets. They will help keep you warm when outside but breathes when you are inside. Self regulates temperature. The best part is you don't have to wash them very often. They don't retain smells. Especially compared to wicking type synthetics which I can't wear, too clammy feeling. I only wash every 6 wears or so. I hang them on a hanger and rotate them. They don't itch like normal wool either. They do run sales quite often. us.icebreaker You can find them on sale here usually also. sierratradingpost

I would say true to the Icebreaker size guide. Some shirts are also more bodyfitting than others. I think they are labeled as such or you can see in the pics.

Will second Icebreaker stuff. Have a number of TShirts and a Jacket or two, coming from NZ and having their outlet store near by helps. Some of the TShirts are a more fitted cut as Winterland mentions.

Not sure if all of their goods are made in China, but they do list some of their supply chain ideals and requirements (as well as treatment of animals, etc): us.icebreaker.com/en/icebreaker-ethics/what-is-our-supply-chain.htmlI respect that they establish and communicate those values to the customers and wish more companies would do the same.

That's good to hear I need a couple of sets of base layers for next year and may consider these
