Nice I'm gonna try one hopefully get help with appetite reduction. That's my biggest enemy. My diet hasn't fell off but not as clean as it should be. Thought you were swearing off caffeine? I did for a few weeks. Nothing really notable. Just keeping it to one cup and black. Try a cut with and without see if anything is notable.

Just finishing up my second bottle right now. I am running AlphaJYM with ShredJYM during my cutting and it's working. AlphJYM is another supplement I am going to write a review on. How old are you btw?

How old are you btw? Just turned 33 in Nov Alrigh cool, you're theoretically at the target age group for a natural testosterone booster. I don't know if you've had your T levels checked or not but you're right at the age where they start declining, just like me (I'm 35). I haven't had mine checked but I'm pretty confident that my T levels are at a pretty good level before taking any natural test boosters, but it's always fun to play around with them. I'll try to post my review on AlphaJYM tomorrow.

If you guys are taking creatine monohydrate by itself you are wasting your money. I recently found out why creatine never worked for me. I'm dosing is differently now and this video explains how to take it. Please watch this fellas; I'm not going to watch, because whatever that will say it's probably wrong. You're not *supposed* to feel creatine working. It's one of those, behind the scenes, ass kickers.

I'm seeing too much of the latter in the comments. Reminds me of T-Nation articles. Articles made to market Biotest products. Not saying they aren't useful, but the main goal is to trash other supplements and say that theirs is the only option.

I watched an entertaining film on Netflix called Bigger, Faster, Stronger. It's basically about steroids. After seeing this, I have basically lost all hope for humanity.

Yeah, I knew and have read about the usefulness of supplements, but I was just wondering about the big claims he makes about his own supplements, and why everything else is just a waste of money.

Does he cite his sources, or are we supposed to believe him because he has a PhD? I'm seeing too much of the latter in the comments. Reminds me of T-Nation articles. Articles made to market Biotest products. Not saying they aren't useful, but the main goal is to trash other supplements and say that theirs is the only option. You don't have to believe anything from him, it's all up to you man. The reason I buy his products, as I've stated numerous times before, is because he lists the exact amount of every ingredient in his supplements so you know exactly what you are buying. Now, whether you believe the ingredients he uses actually work is all up to the individual, but at least it is there for you to look at and research if you want to find out the effectiveness of the doses and ingredients he puts in. I have found only two other supplement companies that do this so far. Again, the vast majority of supplement companies out there do not list the dosage of the active ingredients in their products. They mask them in a proprietary blend...now why would they do that?? And yes, his credentials do play a role in me choosing his products. As you stated he has a PhD, and he served as a postdoctoral research fellow in the prestigious John B. Pierce Laboratory and department of cellular and molecular physiology at Yale University School of Medicine, where he investigated the effects of exercise and diet on gene regulation in skeletal muscle. On top of that he is widely available to answer any questions you may have regarding his supplements via Facebook, Twitter, and/or his website and posts YouTube videos regarding many different aspects of training, diet, and supplementation. I don't know any other supplements companies who are that transparent. Lastly, not to sound superficial but this is relevant when were are talking fitness, but look at the dude. Look at Jim Stoppani....the dudes ripped (ok, gear may be involved I'm aware, but still).....now look at the guy in belopskys video....yeah. Either the guy doesn't follow his own advice or just simply doesn't work out that much...I'm not sure....it's just a little harder for me to take a guy seriously who doesn't practice what he preaches, although I will say I do agree with most everything that guy says in his video. I'm also more inclined to take advice from a guy who looks like Jim Stoppani and has his credentials than a huge supplement company that is faceless, uses proprietary blends, and only has profit in mind.

I just said I agree with nearly everything he said in his video where as you won't even watch a Jim Stoppani video and declare the information false before even hearing it. I don't know what posting those videos will prove, but feel free.

I know who Jim is, just never paid attention to supplements and etc, that's all. I stick to the basics and it works well for me, that's all. Plain ol Creatine Mono is fine, and half the time, all the time, I forget to take it.

hey, I'm not saying the dude isn't strong or in shape in those photos, although his body fat does appear to be a bit high for competition levels...but I think weare digressing here. we don't need to turn this into a pissing contest between Stoppani and this dude
