If you don't know how to do it properly, you're gonna have a bad time. |

The ones who think running how nature intended you to (Lightly prancing on the balls of your feet and toes, rather than slamming your heels to the ground first) would actually hurt your body. But, in the meantime, let's talk about the shoes that are front & center and the focus of the picture, lol |
