Why a lion mask? Because it would be really boring if it was just my stupid face. The horse mask is played out, the eagle mask was kinda jacked up and the chicken mask was ok, but not quite what I needed.

Why do you wear a lion mask? It's not a mask. He is... The Most Interesting Lion in the World.

I was hopped up on coca-cola and still buzzin from getting passing results for the P.E. Exam this week. I might be straight-edge, but goddamnit, I am always high on life! Breathe it in, braaaahs!
In conclusion, I woke up (japan time) this morning (24 January 2015) with an e-mail with a shipping label and an e-mail with a ship notice. Still no actual e-mail with words from the company. It appears that they were working the issue all along, or just in the past few days...but have made the choice to not to keep me informed about anything. I believe this is what is known as "the silent treatment." Is OK, whatever gets us closer to being done with it, I support it.
I understand that everyone gets better service than me from these guys, but that is my story. Take it into consideration when deciding it you want to jump into an order.
In conclusion, I mentioned leather jackets, next day I get a ship notice. It is now scientifically proven that mentioning leather gets immediate results. Sure the sample set was just two, but with a 100% results, I think it is safe to conclude the study.

Two data points make a line, after all.

To start off, I personally own 3 pairs of Ciano's hand crafted, impeccably made jeans. Like many others, I discovered him initially while he was seeking backers on Kickstarter. What helped make my initial investment decision easy, was his reputed lifetime guarantee and his willingness to make "my perfect" fit through repetitive remakes and adjustments. No change was too big, and he always responded with sincerity to every question and concern.
His business model and pricing structure is very similar to Gustin, et al., but his product is quite superlative IMHO. Like most "Nubies" to the scene of raw denim and a victim of RawR marketing campaign, I sought out the prospectively popular brands and purchased 4 pairs of Gustin, 2 pairs of N&F, and 2 pairs of Nudie's. Today, nearly 5 months later, the only jeans I wear on a daily basis are Ciano's. For what it's worth, they fit better, wear better, and feel better on. They've grown on me, and what started as an obsession of "fade" with others, has evolved into relishing the look and feel of a brand new pair of Ciano's. I could honestly care less about my whiskers, despite the vividness and constrasting blues I've mustered in the 15 oz. Okayama standards, I initially backed on Kickstarter. All the other jeans have gradually moved to the back of my closet, possibly someday soon making their way to Ebay and on the legs of another misinformed "Nubie".
Finally, Rex... you're a very interesting dude.

I am no more interesting than any other person. I just tend to ramble. I am just some dude who somehow got mixed up in this weird world of denim. Either way, we are at over one month since I last heard from Ciano. They are still holding my earlier bird jeans and corrected pair hostage. It is not my jeans fault! It is my fault! Don't punish the jeans for something I did. So, remember kids, if they switch the fit guide on you, don't put the back pocket rivets on, and then increase the length by 1.5". Don't tell the people! Beg Ciano for forgiveness for you not liking what he has sent! He will then respond to you as if you were a customer. Don't be like me! Whatever you do, don't say that you want to be done with them...there is obviously no incentive for them to deliver in a timely manner since they know you will no longer be a customer. They already got my money...what's the rush?

I hope he get what he wants from Ciano eventually.
