What do ya think? johnlofgren.com/ja/products/detail.php?product_id=37 What color should I go with (red, blue, green)? I Emailed them about the weight. They didn't have one but discribed it this way - "Hi Doug, Thanks for the interest. I'd consider them heavy flannel, but not ridiculously heavy of course. They can be worn easily by themselves or over something like a chambray workshirt."

Definitely blue or green. I'm not figuring out the size chart though. what size are you getting? I'm thinking of the green. Size- maybe a XXL, which I think will be about 48" chest. (There's more info on Rakutan) I have an email to them asking about shrink. So ill wait till I hear back.

Asked about my sizing and shrink There response - Doug, You'd need to go with the XXL. There's very little shrinkage at all unless you put it in a hot drier. Even then it's only a little. The fabric is washed so most of the shrinkage is out. Did you need an invoice sent to you through Paypal, or will you go through Rakuten? Thanks a lot John

I've been looking for pics other then there web pic (out in the wild). Nothing, not even on there IG page. I'd be all in but the XXL has a length similar to Gustins I've got an email to them asking about the length.

Heard back from John. At this point he only has the Red Flannel. (Not a color I want). Not sure if they restock these items (I asked in an email). If they come back I'll be buying one (in blue or green) So the Hunt continues for a heavy flannel. For you guys who are a bit smaller then me, I'd check out Five Brothers, I'd buy one but none in my size.

DigDug, what size are you in IH? Rakuten had a few of the 2014 Super Heavy Winter Flannels for a good price...well, relatively speaking a good price for an IH flannel.

Ahh...you'd probably be an XXL or XL in the IH flannel then. I believe they were all sold out on Rakuten in those sizes but you might want to check.
