unnamed you make these fine looking hats correct? Yep, all are made by me from the finest materials available using tubular/seamless construction. The IH dog tag is only for scale. You should put up a thread showing them for sale. What the options are, prices etc. It is hat season and present buying time. I think they look great. Can't go wrong with wool either.

For the folks looking for more of the vintage baseball variety - I've got one from Ebbets Field Flannels - ' 70 Pawtucket Red Sox (go Sox) and recently picked up ' 51 Seattle Rainiers (gf from Seattle, it works for me) from the Ideal Cap Co. out of Cooperstown. Love the craftsmanship of both hats. Quick shipping and communication on both.

I took the shots in the same place and had them side-by-side for comparison of the navy in each.

Those are really nice looking caps. Construction and fit-wise, who do you like better…Ebbets or Ideal? I ordered my first Ebbets this week. 1938 Santa Clara (Cuban League)

Ebbets and Mitchell & Ness make good hats. I have a ton of them even though I hate the way I look in hats. They're just something fun to collect. Watch for me on Hoarders: 2025.

I like the Ideal cap as well, but structurally, it's a little less "structured" (not as stiff so breaking in may be easier, but molding it to your likeness may not be as easy). I wear both about equally.

I'm all in on my Sox. Granted, I may be one of the few left at the rate they are going this year. And in other news, Ebbetts Field Caps has a sale going on right now. I think I can justify a new hat given I live in the desert and it's always sunny and it's obviously a safety concern for my health (that is the best I can come up with on my 90 day no spend)...or a gift card, I may have one lying around.
